Too big for a small town guy. However the lazy river was fun.

Hotel in Tucson

Over Promised and under delivered. Too few staff in restaurant and spa. Great Breakfast buffet. Concierge lacked staff.

Over crowded pool

The resort was very crowded. It was a busy weekend in Tucson. There were a lot of people down in the pool area who were not guest at the resort. College age kids who were there with someone who had a room. I was not very enjoyable or relaxing

I have to pay for using wifi & car park fee which is included as other amenities fee though I chose wifi free hotel. I purchased air, hotel and car as a package, so you should show price include such extra fee.

No refrigerator and very small dresser. The pool was closed for 4 days due to repairs. Overall, we would return again.

Beautiful escape to the scenic and very well accom

My husband and I live in Tucson and had never been to start pass before. We needed an escape and it was the most breathtaking , quiet beautiful getaway hidden in the valley of Starr pass overlooking all of tucson and the view was a whole completely different world from the extradinary JW MARIOTT Starr Pass Resort and spa. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a quiet romantic and activity enthusiast seeker or just to go and let the world go away for a while. Mountain biking on site, awesome service, rooms to die for, most friendly staff and fun things for children of young and teen yrs. As well as a lazy river and water slide thats a blast.
