Pros: Just about everything was first class!
Cons: Nothing
Location: A little far from everything but easy to get to. Not really a problem.
Great facility great staff!! Outstanding experience staying at this hotel!!

Good enough to fly out in the morning.

Pros: Staff friendly. good lobby.
Cons: rollaway beds need to be replaced. extend breakfast time.
Location: your basic metro area. lots of hotels in the area and 2 min. from airport.
Roll away beds are unbearable. Took mattress off and slept on floor. Work out room wasn't as good as our own at home, so plan on running or something else. Did have several cardio machines, but uninspiring. Staff was great. Missed the breakfast buffet cause it ends at 9:00, but sounded promising. Shuttle was good. Would stay again if in the area to fly.

Renovation not up to par

Pros: The breakfast buffet was nice.
Cons: Finish the renovation out. Take care to pay attention to the details. Replace your room doors with ones that actually shut and seal.
Location: Plenty of food places nearby
Although the room was clearly renovated (bedding, flooring, furniture), they failed to replace doors that left huge gaps when closed and the ceiling was disgusting. It was too warm and we could never get the thermostat to work properly. The people in the rooms on each side of me had their TV's on all night and so I could hear everything. The one light continued to blink even though it was turned off...I had to undo the light bulb to make it stop. I paid a reduced rate because I had Expedia points applied. However, if I had paid the original $115 per night, I would have been upset. I believe it has threee starts but I would give it a 2 at best.

Ok, but wouldn't recommend

The hotel building is decent. I had no problem with the staff. My only complaint, is that it wasn't very clean. The floors were in desperate need of sweeping and there was obvious dust in my room.

Pros: Easy access from/to highway.
Cons: Cleanliness of outside grounds could be improved.
Overall, a very nice stay. The quiet was interrupted several times late in the evening by several young baseball teams that were in Phoenix for a baseball clinic.

Filthy toilet, smoky hallway for non-smoking room

Cons: Overall cleanliness of building, specific room & bathroom cleanliness, would preferably be a non-smoking hotel.
Location: Tucson Airport
Wonderful welcome by Cassandra, desk clerk into pleasing lobby. Dirty elevator, arrived on 4th floor for non-smoking room--very smoky hallway. Inside toilet rim filthy--could be seen from the bathroom doorway. Very disappointing. Cassandra was very understanding--offered to move our room, but the overall experience was so negative we decided to move hotels. I want an immediate refund.

Perfect hotel close to the airport.

Pros: After work for a week is nice to stay in a place to feel like home.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Close to airport, restaurant, malls, etc
Hotel is waking distance from the airport. Nice and quiet rooms, great staff.

Disappointed that the bed sheets were not changed on a daily basis and was told that I had too request that change.
