A lovely getaway.

There is no need to leave. Restaurants, entertainment, hiking, wildlife and a comfy bed. Would go again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful views!!

Posted May 30, 2017
We love coming down to Tuscon and have stayed at plenty of resorts here. This was our first time staying at this resort. This one has exceptional views, peaceful property and nice spacious rooms. Our only downfall was upon checking in the girl at the front desk was quiet unfriendly and in-welcoming. She used some inappropriate language and really didn't seem to care who heard. Then on then second day as we were waiting for our car in valet, she was pretty vulgar and vocal about other employees to one of the guest staying here. I felt like that was really in-professional to hear and see. But overall it was a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Beautiful Location with poor service

We would not go back despite the beautiful location. The service was terrible throughout our stay.

Loud, noisy and crowded

Posted May 29, 2017
Went to Tucson fo a wedding. Thought Loews would be beautiful and relaxing. Not so - loud people and dogs making noise outside room late at night, overcrowded pool and parking. Outdated rooms.

Hello. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We use our guests comments to find ways to improve. I do apologize that our pool was crowded during your stay on Memorial Day weekend. We do plan lots of additional pool side events for our Holiday weekend. For our adult guests not wishing to partake in the activities we offer our serenity pool located behind the spa. Thank you again for taking the time to write a review.

Ventana Canyon

Posted May 25, 2017
Pros: The amenities, the staff, and the location.
Cons: N/A
Location: The resort has everything, but the golf, the hiking and the restaurants in the area are fantastic.
Never disappointed, I've been twice. Definitely the go to resort in the area.

Great Resort in the Foothills of Tucson

Posted May 9, 2017
Pros: Beautiful Scenery, friendly staff, complimentary Valet
Cons: Room was a little smaller than what I was expecting.
Location: Sabino Canyon is a must. Also, there are so many restaurants near that I can't name them all.
There is absolutely no doubt that this is the best place to stay in Tucson. The staff was top notch, from the front desk, to the poolside servers, to the housekeeping crew, they were some of the best I've seen. I could not have asked for a better place for my wife and I to spend our honeymoon.

Over the top service and views

All staff went out of their way to make us feel wanted and appreciated. The saguaro cactus all throughout the grounds and the multiple nature hikes made the stay fulfilling.

Not my preferred hotel in Tucson but v nice

Posted Apr 16, 2017
By preference I'd stay at Marriott Starr pass or Ritz Carlton but this ran a good third place . Not as in the environment as the other two , all the usual golf course stuff but less of a view . Very noisy floor surface for people to wheel their suitcases down in front of bedrooms

Nice hotel, but not for golfing.

Posted Apr 9, 2017
Pros: Beatify site and nice rooms.
Cons: Availability of tee times at the golf course. I only got to golf there once, because there was extremely few tee times open for even one person.
Wanted a golf course on site, this did not work out as the course is shared and there was a college golf event. Otherwise it's a nice hotel.
