Overall pleased.

Room was upgraded to a suite without asking. Was there for a soccer tournament and because we booked through Expedia, they wouldn't give us our free breakfast that the other tournament guest received. Otherwise we were happy with our stay, heated pool and jacuzzi..

Location: We had a terrible dinner at Red Lobster
It was OK but not outstanding...toilet was too low and bed too soft and carpeting worn and out of date but otherwise OK

Pros: Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were very nice and clean, small refrigerator , microwave oven, coffee maker are provided.
Cons: NBC HD and FOX HD were not available on TV, there was no trash can in the bathroom, Toilet bowl was too low and the water in it was too high.
Location: Location was good for parking and close to the airport, but nothing to do in the vicinity of the location.
It was clean, comfortable, and pleasant stay. The beds were very comfortable, bathroom and the room itself were clean. They provide a small refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker with coffee and tea bags a shuttle bus to the airport, very nice lobby and swimming pools.. NBC and FOX channels were not available on TV, there was not a trash can in the bath room, the toilet bowl was too low and the water was standing too high in it. The staff at the reception desk, at the restaurant were friendly but cleaning crew did not seem very friendly. In general it was a comfortable, relaxing stay and the price was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, good price, but with problems

Cons: At least show guests a map of the rooms, especially if the room isn't in the main building. Make sure the room and gate keys are in working order.
Location: Close to the Tucson Convention Center.
Check in was quick, the clerk didn't give us a map to the room which wasn't in the main building. We ended up on an abandoned floor of the hotel that was being remodel, while searching for our room. After all, you would expect a room with a 400 number to be on the 4th floor. I was starting to feel like this was a bad movie! Going back to the lobby, we discovered our gate key card didn't work. The clerk reset the keys and gave us a map to the room, which was a smaller building outside of the main building next to the beautiful pool. Evidently all the 400's had been move there. When we came back to the room after dinner, the key card wouldn't work, it took about 20 tries and very quick reactions to get in! That could be a problem on a dark night in the South side of Tucson or anywhere else for that matter.We didn't have to use the gate key, a staff member was at the gate when we arrived. The "room" was a suite which was a pleasant surprise. the only problem with the suite was that it had been a smoking room at one time. The odor was quite strong. Comfortable king size bed, lots of hot water in the shower, room was very clean except for the stale smell. All the staff we met were polite and somewhat helpful. It was an adventure!

The WORST Radisson. Ever.

The hotel lobby was amazingly pretty. The rest of the hotel was run down and there was hair from a prior guest in our tub. Even worse was that on a 108 degree day, no one had thought ahead to cool the room with window units only available it took several hours before the room approached kinda cool. The TV was nice as it was flatscreen and the pool sparkled.

Expected a better hotel on a 3.5 star rating, not good restaurant but fair for the price. Far form airport.

The people next to our room were fighting and yelling all night and she locked him out and he kept banging on door. Then someone was hitting the wall. We didn't get any sleep.
