I've stayed in this specific hotel motel times over the years. It has began the decline and is no longer on my list of suitable hotels for family travel. The Jacuzzi was green with algae, the pool ice cold, room service trays were left outside of rooms for over 24 hours without being touched by the staff, the HVAC would have felt great in July & August - but it was either ice cold in the room or sweltering with no in-between and we were charged nearly $50 for breakfast when the front desk said it was included with the room (Not to mention the waitress had family members in the next booth that didn't have to pay). We're done with Radisson - there are many other hotels in Tucson at comparable prices.

Thank you for your honest feed back of the property. I am glad you found it to be clean and a great location to area attractions, but, sorry that our remodel is not complete as of yet. We are in process of changing all of the TV's along with all the furniture and carpet. I have addressed the room service trays with our Food and Beverage Director as well as our Housekeeping Director. I'm not sure what encountered with the breakfast and if you were on a package or how that was booked ,but, would be more than happy to look into that for you.
I would love for you to come back when we are done with the remodel not only to show you that the rooms are up to par and clean, but to show you we listened and are re-training our staff to take care of the guests better and the items they should.
Hope you will come back and try us again!
