I enjoyed the free breakfast that's offered in the morning..Which is Belgian waffles which is hot and fresh ..And variety of cold hot cereals juice fruit cups yogurt toast raisin toast and hot teas and fresh brewed coffee and much more not mentioned..The eating areas is always very clean and what stands out above other hotels we stay at which is more than just a fee for we travel to different towns/cities..Is the Assistant Manager of the Propertu Days Inn by Wyndham Tucson City Center...She is always there to greet the guest as they enter the breakfast room..Which is a warming welcome with invitation to professionalism which we the people grow a custom to having at any Wyndham Properties.We offer our 5 Star Rating for the reason that all in all this property shines like stars...Korby Colvin

Room smelled like mold. Signs of water damage all over the ceiling of the room. Room was cleaned up not not clean. Breakfast was a joke with waffles as the only real food.

I parked my car and when I woke up someone broke my driver side window and when I asked the stuff members they said we don't take responsibility and the funny thing that he told me you should not have a car or if you have one you should not leave your car during night time.

The staff was pleasant and kind and helpful and enjoyed my stay the only thing l didn’t understand why the whole party of people came in to eat their breakfast and brought all their owns dishes and pots and pans and l was not comfortable in eating in kitchen and l just came back later and that should never be aloud for safety reasons

Hotel located in a run-down area with several unsafe-appearing people hanging around. Room had stains on bedsheets, odd smell, generally run down. Refused the room and was offered a refund and was told I was the 4th client that refused a room that evening. I have now been told that the hotel has refused to honour the refund. This place should be avoided.

Room was a sh***t hole. TV don't work, shower leaked all night, bath tub dirty, floors dirty. Overall, terrible place to stay! Booked it when we werw driving throught Tucson. Only stayed the night checked in 11:30pm checked out at 7:30 so that's a good thing i guess.

We stayed 2 nights. Very affordable. The afternoon reception was super friendly and great! The room was dated but clean. The beds were comfortable. We had a problem with the sink draining, they supplied us with Drano, but it still didn’t work.

The bathroom had mold on the tile the water was warm not hot. Couldn’t lock the door and room smelled like cigarettes. Won’t be staying there again and they wanted their key cards back. We used the trail lotion and had it with our item the cleaner put back the same lotion to make me believe the reuse there items and it’s unsanitary.

Supposedly "remodeled" but left a crappy old bathtub in and maid should SWEEP and MOP the floors. Definitely DO NOT go barefoot inside due to dirt and rocks. Baseboards never changed. Electric outlet was missing cover. A/C unit was working IF you jiggled the cords that connected it. Eric at the front desk was awesome and helpful. Breakfast was decent.

Room was recently renovated and very clean. The outside of the hotel makes it look like an extended stay motel complete with some homeless people walking about. Seemed like some sketchy people staying there too. One night I came upon a domestic situation where the woman was trying to taze her partner. The outside could definitely use updating. It does not look as good as the pictures. As soon as I got in the room I noticed the smoke alarm chirping that it needed a battery. The second night my heat quit working and had to move to another room. The ice machine was broken the last two days I was there. I kind of need ice for my medical condition so this was literally a pain.

The property really needs an upgrade. I couldn't get past the torn, dirty curtains, dirty and stained light lamp shades and the tile in the bathtub was pretty bad. And no coffee pot in the room was a disappointment.

Worst hotel experience of our lives
This is truly a 1 star hotel. It is dirty and falling apart. The key fobs deactivate easily, and in fact our key fob device on the door broke and locked us out late at night. The service staff were annoyed to have to help us get a new room, never offered to help us move our stuff or apologize and we waited hours to get this awful situation settled. Then the smoke alarm in the new room chirped all night. In the AM, we woke up to a broken shower which did not get fixed for hours. There was rude service people in the lobby that were totally unapologetic, unsympathetic and never offered anything to help us or make our experience better than awful. Our keys were deactivated over and over the next day as well. The freeway noise kept us up at night. You’ll regret booking this hotel so please avoid at all costs!
