We were in town for an overnight to see a show downtown. The staff was amazing. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The hotel, being on a freeway frontage road was a little bit noisy from traffic but we anticipated that. An older property, it has its charms. We backed up to the Santa Cruz River and bike path. Walked across this really cool bridge into the Barrio sin Nombre. Short walk into old town/downtown Tucson. Free city trolley with a stop right at the hotel. The rooms and linens were clean. The shower had great pressure and hot water. Pool, hot tub. Free breakfast. We were very happy with our stay. Will return.

Our first room was dirty. Food was all over on the floor and desk, there was no soap available in our room and the remote from the TV was missing. We got a second room and when we went to enter the room we realized that it was someone else's room so we were given a third room .. the third room key did not work and we had to get the key programmed twice. Two of the staff members were very nice and they were trying their best but there was a third staff member with red hair that seemed to have an unapologetic attitude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone visiting Tucson.

Friendly and nice staff. Older property so things are falling apart but it was clean. After checking in to our room, the front desk then assigned our room to another customer who went into our room while we were away. Thankfully they didn’t Take our things and returned to the front desk to clear up the mistake. But two other times our room keys were deactivated with no explanation so we Had to return to the front desk to have them reactivated, one time we Were wet and cold from Being in the hot tub. The breakfast was nice and the hot tub was perfect.

The property was filthy, the door to the hotel was sticky and slammed loudly every time someone came through it. The hotel room was dirty, the toilet moved every time someone sat on it. The other guests were loud. The breakfast was okay. The gentleman who checked us in must have not fully registered the keys to our room because they wouldn’t let us into the building initially. Had to return to the front desk to get the key to actually work. The layout of the hotel is absolutely ridiculous. We were given directions to get to the breakfast area, but the next day there was a staff only sign in the walkway. This hotel does not represent the Ramada name well, they need to give this location some attention.

The fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy. The bathtub/shower may have been clean but looked dirty. There were sole marks from shoes in front of the toilet. The hotel is in need of an update.

The property need a lot of upgrades. Closet door was off the hinges, couldn’t open curtains, sheets on one bed was stained. Lamp shades dirty mirror over desk full off dust. The maid service knocking on the door around 9am not seeing our do not disturb sign on the door. Then stood outside near our door waiting to check out. No privacy. Finally when leaving we opened our door and she was standing right outside waiting. Seriously check out isn’t even until 11am! It wasn’t even 10am Office staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was dirty outside the area, my room had trash on the floor and the bathroom had toilet paper on the ground. It was a noisy room and the area was scetchy. Plus I didn’t get my reward’s because I booked 3rd party, it was cheaper to book 3rd party than calling the hotel directly.

This property is a wreck. From the moment I stepped into the lobby I began having concerns. A girl in the back room behind the desk told me I had to wait for another person to show up to check me in, which took several minutes. All the while she ate food and was no help to me. Next, the lock on the entry door from the outside leading to the rooms was punched out and the door was wide open (no security whatsoever). The hallway door from there to rooms didn’t close properly either, leaving the hallway very cold and feeling unsafe. The wash cloth in the bathroom had stains on it, the shower did not get hot annd had low water pressure, the bathroom sink had a partial clog annd didn’t drains well, and the heating unit sounded like a truck running. Finally, the staff at this property was less than professional. They looked unprofessional and one person looked like she had just woke up or was on drugs. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough this morning.

One night while sleeping I felt something crawl across my shoulder and I swatted it away. Turning on the light, I saw that it was a cockroach! Had a hard time getting back to sleep or feeling safe after that. By far the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel.

There were cockroaches. You can’t stay here until that issue is resolved. I left early and they refunded the night. Staff was nice and room was as expected for a budget, interstate-side hotel (aside from the soiled pillowcases, which they promptly replaced), but in the second night I found cockroaches and high tailed it out. Can’t stay here.

Very convenient to freeway and convention center, but quiet from traffic noise. Secure and safe. Breakfast was standard but welcome. Staying here again next time we're in Tucson.

The property is close to the freeway and walking distance to downtown, which was convenient for us. The people working there were so nice and helpful. The hotel was great (to me). Rooms were clean, bed was nice, water was hot, even came with a fridge and microwave. The breakfast every morning was an added bonus as well. Had no problems during our stay and will stay here every time we come to Tucson!

It was a great location for our stay. The hotel is clean and staff was very nice. It is an older hotel so it could use some updating. Amenities were nice but we were only there for 1 night. I would stay again if traveling in that area.

It was an ok stay for the price, however what we did not like was although we had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door , the maid bammed on the door both mornings of our stay, woke my husband up the first morning, the second morning I was in the shower and she bammed the door again, scaring me, ee thought it was a raid, I mean the sign was on the door that clearly said Don’t Disturb… she ignored it…. All other staff was friendly, nice breakfast options in mornings… ok for the price but unfortunately we won’t return due to the maid , that was discouraging, not sure what els she’d do.

Staff was nice and they provided a good breakfast buffet but the room had a strange order that was noticeable when i walked in but it was fine after awhile. The room was run down and not well kept. Poorly made patch up work in the bathroom and there was a hole near the tub that wasn’t even patched up. Room and hotel was not kept up very well.

Was not terrible... Just not what I expected. Dirty curtains stains on floor termite patches all on the ceilings hole in the ceiling in the cafe that had a filthy rag stuffed inside... Above the food.. Just freaked me out. Other than that staff was friendly
