Was under renovation.. And staff are thieves

Half hotel shut down for renovations, they were going to put my room facing the back, fardest from pool. When ask to change room it took 10 min to convince the front desk. Stayed 2days and When we checked out dirent notice I had forgotten some clothes till next day.. Tryed to call and went down there to talk to front desk/manager. They dirent resolved anything..kept on going back and forth...the cleaning lady dirent answer her phone and were talking about me in spanish, very rude, left my number. But never heard back....Never going to stay there again..

I am sorry you feel that way about your stay. I am sorry we have a few rooms for renovation but it shall be well worth the wait. We did look for the clothes you speak of and none were ever found. I am sorry for the inconvenience you had to deal with.

The room was great but no maid services and the bed was horrible way to soft

I can't rate this hotel at all because THEY GAVE MY PRE-PAID ROOM AWAY five minutes before we arrived after a 7 hour drive :( The front desk had no solutions for me, didn't offer to check for a different room at their other location across town, just decided to call me to let me know he had just given my room away...who does that?!? Red Roof Inn, that's who. I will never even attempt to stay at another RRI EVER again.

The room wouldn't have been horrible, but when we arrived the first red flag was there was a homeless persons belongings right outside our room, they did take care of that. The room wasn't cleaned...I'm pretty sure they came in changed the sheets and called it good. If they would have actually cleaned the room it wouldn't have been so bad. For the price you really can't expect much, the sheet were clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

This is my second stay at this location and it won't be my last. Priced right for a quick overnight stay and won't disappoint.

Just OK.

Location: Location centrally located my purposes.
Location was great for my purposes. Check-in/check-out was smooth. Room safe was locked upon entry; reported to office; told it would be taken care of the next day, but not. No use of the safe until day 3. Chose their green housekeeping service - the most basic, but shorted on towels after day one; garbage not emptied on day two and bed covers simply thrown over the pillows, if that. Complaints seemed not to be taken seriously and with a somewhat stoic, incredulous expression on one occasion. During my last night (Friday) there was a rock concert at facility next door with loud drumming until around 1:30-2 AM, No in-room coffee maker, no refer, no microwave, no continental breakfast or even pastries. Needed to walk to the Office/Lobby (about 100 yards) for morning coffee. The gentlemen clerks were able to provide me with good directions and some tourist info.

I am very sorry for the poor housekeeping service that you received. I am glad you let me know so I can find out what happened. As for the rock concert we try to warn everyone and I am very sorry we failed in doing so with you. As for the rooms not having coffee or fridges we do have room available with those amenities for a higher price. Once again I am very sorry.

Ok, not great

This location was close to freeway, the room was clean and the AC worked well. They are currently doing renovation work so some rooms are unavailable and parking where we were booked was taken up by construction equipment. The staff was helpful, and once the renovation work is completed it might be better.

Carpet stained. Appears management has it understaffed. Maid service terrible. Front office personnel can't handle all the traffic and phone calls. Some front office personnel are working too hard trying to make up for these deficiencies. Have an insect problem at the pool. I was stung while swimming.

I do apologies for the issues you experienced. Carpets will no longer be an issue at our hotel as they are being replaced. I shall look into the bug issue around the pool area. Once again I am sorry for the issues you experienced during your stay.
