I arrived late due to a flight delay. I was told on check in that I would have no room key that night. The manager gave me a room key the next morning. I just found it odd that they had run out of room keys.

Convenient location

This hotel is located close to down-town, many options for food, and easy hiway on/off. The staff was friendly and helpful.

needs serious work

The owner states that he just took over the property and is in the process of upgrading it ...... he has a long way to go

Good Location

Room either was in process of a remodel/repair. Not quite done when I rented. Hot tub was not working for the 5 days I was there. Very disappointed about that.

Double charge

This is the second time I have been double charged from Super 8. I booked one night through Expedia.com which charged my card then a second charge from the hotel. Employees need to be trained on Expedia reservations so the customer doesn't get double charged and inconveienced not being able to access their money until the hotel reverses the charge, which can take five business days.

Staff was nice but that was all

Pros: Location
Cons: The entire hotel needs to be bull dozed and started over
Location: Location to freeway was nice.
This hotel is horrendous and the board of health should be called. The rooms were filthy, the smell was horrible and overall I didn't sleep at the place it grossed me out so much.

Nice place to stay, but the bathroom had mold on the wall.

Room for improvements

Had some issues first the shower did not work. We were moved to another room next night as they had to let their maintenance man go. New room was nice but found a crack pipe on floor next to bed as soon as I had walked in. Management is trying hard to get quality to the level needed but has a lot of work to do to get there.
