Beautiful resort. Great location for a staycation. Pool area is well laid out, but they need to do something about the marble pavers. Where they have settled, they collect water in places and are VERY slippery. I almost fell twice. Once when I was carrying my 10 month old. Also, the drinks are way overpriced and watered down, which is expected, but plan on paying $25+ for 1 domestic beer and 1 mixed drink. The rooms are nice, with everything you'd need, but wow the beds are awful. They were so hard that if you jumped on it you'd probably get hurt. Our mattress at home is firm, but this is on another level. The other issue that I had was that for the entire first day the corridor where our rooms were located had bags of trash outside almost every room. I assume this was a rarity, but having to walk past it all every time you leave your room really takes away from the "resort feel". But they sure take that $30 a day resort fee without fail. Also, the booking on Expedia included breakfast for 2 adults. This is up to $30 each. I mentioned this as I got the bill and was told it would come off at the end of the stay. When I checked out it was still on the bill. Then the lady at the front desk proceeded to tell me I didn't get the free meal. After showing her my reservations, she unapologetically took it off my bill. $70 by the way. Two adults and a 6 year old at the buffet... $70... I've had better food at Holiday Inn. Go to Starr Pass...

I am very upset to see of the unsafe surfaces around the pool. Our guest's safety is a top priority to us. Our engineering team has been informed and will look into solutions to ensure our pool are is a safe space for guests of all ages. Our leadership team will also be working with our housekeeping team to ensure prompt trash pickup and to our Reception team to ensure proper follow-up is done for every guest to make sure all charges are accounted for and no charge has been added or forgotten accidentally. We do hope that you will give us an opportunity to replace this experience with one that is rejuvenating and refreshing in all elements. Pros: Friendly Staff and the pool areas
The Resort is beautiful with many amenities. The Staff is incredible, pleasant and kind. They were eager to ensure our stay was memorable. Vilma was especially kind to us. We definatly would stay there again when we are in the Tuscon area.

Enchanting resort

Pros: The grounds, the staff, the food, the cleanliness, the location, the golf courses.
Cons: The green fees are a little high, the rooms a little small compared to other resorts and the check-in staff need more knowledge.
Location: Do not miss going to Sabino canyon, Arizona-Sonara desert museum, Pima air & space museum, Colossal cave, Reid park zoo, Tohono Chul, Mount Lemmon
This was our second time at this beautiful resort. The grounds are enchanting, the room very comfortable and clean if a bit small. I recommend getting a room on the top floor complex C which will cost extra but well worth it for the view of the golf & mountain with amazing sunsets. The staff are all very nice and friendly especially the onsite store ladies and the valet park attendants. The check-in staff are also nice but not knowleadge enough as they did not have any recommendations for us of things to see and do around Tucson. Did not see the concierge once the whole week we were there. The hotel restaurant is very good if a little expensive. Breakfast outside is great as you have a view of the mountain and hummingbirds galore! The other restaurant onsite is called Contigo and I highly recommend it. We always have an amazing time when in Tucson!

Everything was great. Except for the automatic up charge for everything that you purchase there.. approx 24 percent.. just seemed a little over the top.. they call it a service charge Should just include it in their price up front

Great hotel, great location, great for kids.

Pros: Pool, views, property.
Cons: Food was just OK.
Great resort and fun for kids. Food is OK, but service is great and we had a great time. Beautiful views of the Catalina Mountains.

Nice resort,

Nice resort, but they messed up on my room. Asked for walk out poolside. Got 2nd floor, middle level. Not good for someone that can't walk far. But they did deduct some on my bill for the inconvenience. Over all very nice place. Would go again of the room was on the lowest level.

Great hotel

Pros: The beauty and the shower head and the pool area.
Cons: Lower the prices on the food and have a better selection. 20% charge is outrageous,
Loved the shower and pool area. Restaurants didn't have a very good selection and prices were quite high. Room service had great food, but again, a little too expensive. The 20% charge for each meal was a little outrageous. But will be back. Just won't eat there. :) Staff was excellent and very helpful. Hotel is beautiful!
