We booked on Hotels.com with a cash pay upon arrival. That was not the case when we got there. They wanted to charge my card, I told them no I was paying cash and took 20 min. for the girl to figure that out. So we check into the room, and its just dirty, hand prints on back of doors etc.... looks can be deceiving, my bedroom slippers were brand new and now were covered with soot all over bottom, we did however get a smoking room because that's all they had for that price. The bed was suppose to be a queen and was a double, was very worn out and the pillows, well I don't even wanna comment. You get what you pay for. Then I get a call from the front desk on the second night asking if we paid cash or credit. UGH, so I checked my credit card and they had also charged for my room, after I paid cash on check in. So I called down and the Manager would not get on the phone he kept relaying messages via front desk staff. I gave up and called my Credit Card Company and had them stop the charge. What a waste of my time, I was there for other reasons and this had become a hassle to say the least. Do not recommend this hotel at all!!!
