Dead insect (baby cockroaches in bathroom), Hair on floor. Dirty sheets. Found late in evening. My last stay also found bathroom dirty but I brushed it off off as a “one time thing”. Back to this stay; One phone in room does not work. Does not matter much but in a panic it may matter to someone who may need assistance. For the price, I expect a room in full working order, clean room, bathroom, bed. The food was good. Not sure I’d be back a 3rd time. Will see what management does to rectify. Changing rooms does not rectify the situation. Every room on the market; every time, should be “show ready” for the price. Families with kids who crawl around/barefoot or animals should consider staying elsewhere or inspect the room thoroughly before having free-range or settling in and letting guard down.

This is a beautiful, unique property with many walking trails and plenty to do. It is well-kept and spotlessly clean, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. We wished the restaurant menu was a little broader but understand that is under development. Overall, we loved it and would highly recommend it!

I did a 2 night stay at the resort. In my opinion for $800 I spent I feel I should have chosen another resort in the area. Just coming onto the premises the staff there were not to friendly. I walked past a few staff members who were just cold. They didnt speak and went out of there way to evert eye contact. Not a way to start off a stay. Front desk staff were fairly polite but I still felt the coldness. No warm welcomes I can tell you. The rooms were fairly clean with a decent view. As far as food options they were bad. We ordered dinner and the 1st main 3 items I chose were out of stock that night. I was forced to order food I didnt even want due to lack of options. That is quite disturbing seeing as the resort seemed fairly empty. First time I have experienced this anywhere. Day time here was peaceful but again the resort just lacked alot. Breakfast was pretty good on Saturday morning. Saturday night again i called for dinner amd mostly all items were unavailable. This is the second night and im forced to order food i didnt want. My fiance had me call front desk to state my frustration. They did offer a $100 concession. Checkout time is at 11am Sunday morning. Tell me why cleani g services abrubtly came into my room while me and my fiance were packing at 8:30 am. Like wow. That was extremely disrespectful seeing as checkout ime wasnt for another 2 and a half hours. Invaded our privacy as well gave us a sence of urgency to get out. Idk. $800 for 2 night. I will go elsewh

A step back in time when families wintered in Tucson. Lots of family activities available; tennis, volleyball, ball field, horse riding, ping pong and corn hole. Views from the property are breathtaking. Rooms are dated but spacious. All in all a good value.

The two things that stood out most for us was your staff and the relaxed, rather quiet and gentle the resort is. First of all, everyone who works there that we came into contact with deserves high praise. We enjoyed being around them, talking to them, and greatly appreciated the efforts they made for a pleasant stay. The layout of the resort is beautiful...uncluttered, enjoyable building colors and design, the landscaping is magnificent, the setting and view was terrific. I can't pick out one of your people for special praise because they all deserve it.

While some things had been upgraded, other things need attention, upgrade, repair. The patio doors are hazy and need upgrade. The area around the units need landscaping even if only in stones to make it more attractive. Take a look at Robson resorts and how tidy and well maintained their grounds are.

Beautiful Location! Room was a bit noisy from people staying upstairs. Room service was not answering for 2 days so that was a bit inconvenient. Room was clean and a good size. Overall a nice stay.

I've been here quite frequently lately and the restaurant is very inconsistent. some great innovative dishes, then a surf and turf with great smoky shrimp served with the most grizzily piece of beef I have ever had - the dogs loved it though. The service is spotty, the host snooty, and in general failed to make money because I couldn't get a second drink. Also with a room full of sports fans, we had to rely upon a guest's prime membership to watch the game. Really? On a slow night, I still couldn't get proper attention at my table. Sad for a lovely venue.

This is my second stay at the property and am still very happy with the experience. This second room was a bit more….run down? Carpet seemed dirty, tile missing, much smaller shower… but still a nice room and loved the amenities!

I made a note clearly that my BF was in a wheel chair, was advised that no matter what the room was still easily accessible upon check in. Was not easy, had stairs going down, and the wheel chair did not fit through the doorway, and that was supposed to be the "upgraded room". Not wheel chair / accessible friendly at all. There were rooms that looked so easy to access, if someone would said hey pay this XX you will get an easy accessible room, then no problem I would of paid in a heart beat. I think your front desk from my notes and discussion should of done a better job of making sure we were accommodated. In previous hotel stays Ive gotten calls the day before to check in about my exact needs, at check in they discuss what was good and what wasnt, not of the sort came from your staff even after I brought it up to make sure it was easy. They just said everythings easy. Well Id like to see you access them in a wheel chair.

We had a very relaxing stay at Westward look. There were very few other guests during our stay and we were able to enjoy the resorts pools and amenities at our leisure. We ate at the Lookout restaurant twice for dinner and both meals were excellent. The Gold restaurant is unfortunately permanently closed, but Lookout left us wanting for nothing. The food was more elevated than typical pub fare with a Southwest/ Tucson twist. I had the ribs one night and the hemp tamales the next. Both were excellent. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a “Desert” view suite, which did not look out into the surrounding desert, but towards the internal gardens. Next time I will opt for a Scenic view suite and hope for a better view — a minor knock on an otherwise great stay.

No microwave, did not tell you of the "incidentals charge" till my ccard was declined, because they added another $100 Ti the price of the room. Truly enjoyed our stay at Westward Look resort! The rooms were comfortable and clean. Pools were convenient and heated. Staff and food at The LookoutBar and Grille was great. Special shout out to Cassandra at Monsoon Cafe who was so helpful and kind with the bagels and hot chocolate. And enjoyed and appreciated the interaction with Rosa out on the grounds. Easy to remember why we should be so grateful for our veterans that continue to give their all. Can't forget to mention the icing on the cake when our family loved our trail ride with Rose. She knows how to pick the perfect horse for the ride, gives the riding lesson to make you safe and comfortable, and makes sure everyone enjoys! I look forward to returning
