They put me in room 131 which is directly behind the wall of the cooling motor of the elevator. it comes on and off periodically, it is noisier then a truck diesel engine, this room should NEVER be given out, They should repurpose that room. I had to move in the middle of the night. Very disappointing to say the least !!

Was a great stay! Only thing about my stay was the hot water kept changing to cold water when taking a shower. But over all stay was great.

The breakfast needed some work. The coffee was terrible: very strong & it looked like coffee grinds also came out with the coffee. Vanilla, or some flavor of creamer would have been nice. There were no wheat bread or wheat bagels, only white. And it would have been nice to have a low sugar yogurt option.
The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding.

Good place.to stay, clean, safe, and quiet. The breakfast was good with susage and hardboiled eggs, bagels and peanut butter, those were my favorites.
We couldn't control the temperature in the room. It was hot and stuffy, which prevented a really good night's sleep. The bed was comfortable.

Stay one night 3 times each year before flying home, staff always welcoming and efficient, rooms clean, beds comfortable, several reasonable eateries within few minutes walk, very convenient location to airport - only one I know that is easily walkable.

I asked for towels a few times and never received them also shower water would go all over the floor and make a mess.I like for my sheets to be cleaned everyday not impressed by how room service is after theee days of your stay some people do not stay for that long at times, however like for there bed to be cleaned everyday.

The refrigerator was not working
The microwave was dirty. The bathtub was gross with brown around the caulking. They had barely any snacks for sale in the lobby pantry. I usually stay in la Quintas in other cities and this was the nastiest one yet. They also have not refunded my 100.00 deposit. When i called they told me to call my bank. Will never stay here again..so gross
