Not the worst, but not the best

Check in was excellent. The lady at the desk was super nice and welcoming. The rooms are clean. It was in a great location for the traveling around the city I was doing. Even though it’s right of the interstate, it’s a quiet area and you can’t hear any traffic. My biggest issue was the a/c unit. It was loud and squeaking. I didn’t sleep well the first night because the sound kept waking me up. The next morning I went to the lobby and told the lady at the desk and there was another guy there who wrote it down and said he would let maintenance know about it. I don’t know if he did and they didn’t get to it while we were there but for the rest of our stay the a/c squeaked.

Pros: Not much , staff was very friendly.,
Cons: Better care of rooms and property
Location: Dennys restaurant attached
Bathroom floor dirty. Dead bugs behind door. About 1inch opening under door , had to stuff towel under door to koeep out bugs!

Excellent room.

I stayed for three nights during the week. Booked through expedia.com, Staff was friendly. It was a good room, clean, wood panel floors was good cause carpets can get gross, felt comfortable. The only issue was the tub backing up a bit when I showered, I forgot to let the staff know in room 235, but this red roof in makes me want to check out other red roofs first whenever I travel somewhere.

Decent Room for the Money

Pros: Not expensive. The front desk staff was friendly.
Cons: Eliminate - don't just cover up - the smell of cigarette smoke in a No Smoking room.
It was decent quality for the price. You're not paying for a luxury room, still it was clean and comfortable. Or mostly clean. Our only complaint is that, although we specifically reserved a No Smoking room, there was a faint smoky smell upon first entering the room. It smelled like they tried to cover it up with spray and after being in the room for a few minutes it wasn't noticeable. Still.....

I am truly sorry for your room smelling of smoke. We do our best to remove smell if it does happen sorry there was still a smell upon your arrival. Hope you come back and see us again and we get a 5 out of 5 next time.

Very minimal

Pros: I liked that there were no extras in the room. The room seemed very open because there was only a dresser and tv and desk.
Cons: Updating their online profile. We were very disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast.
Location: The location is very convenient. The hotel is near several restaurants and not too far from the activities.
There was not much in the room which was actually ok. Online said that there was complimentary breakfast but there was not. But we did get 10% off at Denny's while we stayed at the hotel. The pool was nice the one time we were able to use it. The pool was closed most of the days we were there for some reason. I also did not like that we did not receive a receipt at check out.

Staff friendly, accommodations poor and dirty

Mold in the toilet mold in the shower cigarette ashes in the corners of the room of a non-smoking room, light fixtures barely anchored to the wall. Had to ask for an iron for the room cord frayed scorched bottom. Refrigerator smelly doesn't get cold enough.

I am sorry your stay was so awful I shall look into this and figure out what happened. All lights are brand new put in by contractors as well as all Irons should be brand new just bought them. I am truly sorry this happened and I will fix the issues so know one else has to go through this. Thanks for letting me know about everything I get right on that.
