“Beautifully updated house. A fantastic job was done to retain the character of the home, but update it to modern amenities and comforts. Directions to access the property were clear, making it easy to locate and enter. My only suggestion would be to provide some basic toiletries such as shampoo, soap in the shower, more toilet paper (we had to go purchase toilet paper as there was a small supply provided). ”

“Seven of us age range 6-75 stayed at Gardners Cottage during New Year week. On arrival welcomed by the warmth of the property in the afternoon of the last day of the year. “The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our family get-together here and we all agreed that we could easily come back again for another stay. The communication from our host before and during our stay was excellent. The location is within a short drive and there is a very convenient Sainsbury supermarket a few minutes away. We spent a happy weekend here and can highly recommend both the house and our host.”
