The property was clean but lacked amenities that were out of service. For example, the pool, hot tub and exercise facilities were all unavailable due to construction work. Parking was an extra $22 on the property. The charge for parking in the embassy suite lit seems excessive to us.

The hotel furniture appears outdated, the pillows are substandard, and the sofa bed is uncomfortable. High levels of activity and noise characterize the environment. The buffet area was congested, and the seating space was not maintained to a satisfactory standard of cleanliness. The reception staff exhibited a lack of formal attire and professionalism, along with a deficit in hospitality.

The staff was friendly but had so many opportunities to help us find the light rail so we could get downtown and nobody bothered. We paid $637 to fly home early because we were not enjoying Seattle. Unfortunately, when the shuttle driver took us to the airport be told us that the shuttle would take us to light rail and pick us up. It was too late as we were going home. He informed us that there were schedulesand maps but we were never offered one. We just got pointed in the direction of the light rail. We spent a long time walking in the cold rain and didn’t find it. You would think that when we went back to the hotel and said we never found the rail they might mention then that the shuttle could take us but nobody said a word. We spent $100 to get downtown and back. I wish we met the shuttle driver sooner because he had a lot of good information and obviously really wanted us to enjoy the city. The elevators also were not working which we didn’t really have a problem with except they put us in a room next to the stairs so all day and night we could hear people going up and down the metal stairs. The breakfast used to be so good at Embassy Suites but it was not good and the food for the evening reception was peanuts or something. That’s it, nothing more. I’ve stayed at many Embassy Suites and it’s usually really a good stay. Sad to say I left Seattle with a bad impression and it could have been so different if any one person would have explained we could take the shuttle to

Breakfast was fantastic, but seating was a struggle some mornings. Only 1 of the 3 elevators was running frequently. Room decor was outdated. The staff was fast when we requested extra towels. The parking was limited if you arrived back in the evening.

The property had two shuttles but, only one in use. Guests had delays in getting to and from the hotel. We had to wait at the airport for 40 minutes. The sad thing is the hotel changes $10 for this service. The hotel also charges for parking and and expect a security deposit over $200 for a three night stay. The breakfast was underwhelming. Not enough staff to provide the quality service expected at an Embassy Suites. Sub-par experience.

I was very surprised to be charged for parking. I have never had to pay for parking in a hotel before, particularly when there aren’t other options. The pool was cold and the hot tub was broken. My husband and I slept on the most uncomfortable pull out bed and had a terrible sleep. Other than the bed, the room was nice.

Compared to other Embassy Suites, they don’t give a mattress pad or more than 3 blankets per suite. When we explained we applied 2 blankets to act as mattress pads for the uncomfortable mattress in sofa bed, the director of housekeeping refused our request to supply one more blanket for our kid. I had to spend an extra 10 minutes to redo the bed with towels instead of a mattress pad so my kid would have a blanket. It’s most inconvenient after driving many hours and a tiring eventful day. I wish they told us before I spent another 10-15 minutes re-assembling the bedsheets. They didn’t even have the courtesy to inform us about this blanket limit until an hour later when we called to inquire about whether they forgot about our request for a blanket. By then the bed was already assembled with the blankets underneath as a mattress pad and sheet. Were they hoping we forgot about the blanket request?? The Embassy Suites Tigard location was most helpful and even set up the mattress pad and sheets for our bed. Most unfortunate that the last night of our vacation was soured by this experience.

I found the rooms large and beds comfortable. The park and fly available was a good price and the service to the airport was friendly and efficient. We had an early morning flight and the hotel provided an Uber because the shuttle does not run that early. The complimentary coffee i the lobby was delicious.

Dirty room, looks like everything needs to be scrubbed down including walls and the outside of the garbage cans. I was shocked at the condition of this Embassy suites. We will not be returning to this location. Everything looks worn out and dirty. However the staff is all really nice and welcoming.

The property was convenient for airport location and rental. Overall poorly maintained. Doors were not working properly, elevator slow and one out of service. Rooms were dated and need upgrading. My room had an odor, I had to purchase Lysol. If you’re looking for an overpriced hotel and 22.00 parking this is it. The worst Embassy Suites I had ever stayed in. Breakfast was the only good thing. But for what you pay I wouldn’t recommend. If you’re giving this place a high rating you’re not holding them accountable for poor quality!
