If you are not on the top floor you can hear everything above you. Couldn’t find any coffee.

Loud and dirty

Body fluid looking grime on the bed skirts, people in the neighboring room having loud 4am sex, mysterious drippings on the bathroom door and even the table was blatantly skipped during cleaning. Uncomfortable mattress. Fuzzy television. They tried calling me the morning I was supposed to check in to tell me they didn’t have a room because third party websites like Expedia don’t integrate well with their system. If I hadn’t advocated for myself I would have had no place to stay during my career enhancing training, as every other hotel I called was booked. The sheets were clean, the towels were clean. Those were really the only positives.

A Motel to AVOID!

Reserved through Expedia, who has served us well for many years, even with European reservations, this quick trip to our old home town, was certainly successful with the exception of this attended stay at Extended Stay. The reservation clerk, whose card says he is a manager was rude, arrogant and disrespectful and you could not have paid us to stay at that motel. We absolutely did not feel safe and most certainly not welcome. You might want to avoid this motel. There are others and knowing the area found a delightful safe welcoming place to stay!

Just your average hotel

About as run of the mill as it can get. The bed was comfy, the room was ok. Their “breakfast” was just a cart with some mini granola bars on it.

I had to plung the hotel toilet

Pros: nothing
Cons: clean rooms with working fixtures would be nice
Location: lots of shopping at the nearby mall and stores
came into a room with clogged toilet. they didnt even offer to fix it, they just handed over the plunger and said figure it out. HORRIBLE expience. total mood killer!

Hotel was convenient to everything.

Pros: Proximity to airport for the price and away from airplane noise flying over.
Cons: Room was non smoking, but it had a smokey smell to it. Needs an air freshener.
Location: Westfield Mall is down the street and AMC Theatres, plus tons of restaurant options.
Just needed an overnight stay and convenience to the airport for a 4:40am flight. No frills in the room, but the bed was cozy and cable TV had good choices. We were close to the mall, restaurants and easy access to the airport.

Close to mall and freeway.

The only problem I have about the room is the stovetop. It’s almost gone that I can’t even see the label of the heat. Such as high, medium or low heat to cook.

You get what you pay for

Bed was very hard, shower water pressure was very weak, and there was no trash bin in room.

Went to check in and they did not have a room that was all together. Missing curtains, no pots and pans to cook. Not prepared to receive guest. Bad bad bad
