mid road trip stop

I wouldn't Recommend this motel

well the room wasn't the one we reserved. which was a king non smoking we got put in a smoking room. The inside window was cracked and he guy there had no concern oh it must happen when someone slam the door, made for uncomfortable sleeping. The sheets were thread worn. Old coffee filter with used grounds in the coffee pot. The mattress had stains. Th e continental breakfast was a basic joke so we ate in Cowan Tn. The way the place is listed in one way as days inn, and in another its listed as Hometown Inn makes it hard to know your at the right place when the person at the motel won't answer the phone. When we did find out we were at the right place all he did was complain about the internet, being busy when he had maybe 10 rooms that night. At the time we arrived maybe 4 were there. Also at 5:35 we called hotels.com and the lady that answer was rude, also refuse to give her name, put my wife on hold to call the motel but didn't say why but I just happen to be standing in the lobby when she called and both the lady and the guy at motel were rudely talking to one another. That is no way to be a professional customer service by your company nor at the hotel. I have yet been charged for the room.

Hotel Was in Bad Shape and Very Run Down

Staff very untrustworthy,had a 3 day reservation and they rented my room out one night, yes we came to our room and someone was in it! Nothing was done to correct this, staff was very inconsiderate. Find somewhere else and DO NOT waste your hard earned money here!

Terrible hotel.

This hotel was scary. The room was dirty, the lobby was dark and depressing, and the lock on the door didn't work. I was given special instructions on how to wiggle the door open because it had a tendency to stick. Spend a few extra bucks and stay at a better hotel.
