ROACHES BEWARE
I was deeply disappointed with my stay it was dirty at check in there was dirt on the tub the room was completely infested with cockroaches i had booked the room for 4 nights and only stayed 3 i got no refund for the 4th night and when i complained about the roaches all the staff had to say was i can show you paperwork that says its sprayed monthly i would recommend you stay far away from this place

DO NOT stay at this hotel. It is absolutely disgusting. There was a spot of dried up blood on the front door. It is also in a very sketchy area. We ended up going down the road to another hotel. We ended up getting one night refunded, although the more I think about it the more I don’t think we should have paid for any of it.

First room shower and A/C didn’t work, second room was infested with bed bugs and roaches. The pool was full of leaves and dirt, management didn’t stick up to their part on my refund. Will not be going back to that motel. I would recommend everyone to just go across the street to the motel 6 and get a room. No pool there but the stay was WAY better.

This place was extremely nasty, there were roaches in the rooms! It was very unsafe the front door didn’t even close all the way.

The sheets where clean but the toilet wouldn't flush and the bathroom needed a coat of paint to cover some stains the guy who checked me in was very courteous and helpful

Room was "ok." The bathroom door would not close at all. The tub drained so slow water was standing above the ankles the whole shower. The smell of Marijuana was strong at times. It woke us up several times through the night. Check-in clerk wasn't very friendly at all and didn't tell us when checkout was. It was so hot in the office at check in and the fragrance was so strong it made me nauseous. There was no bugs though so thats a plus! The shady couple in a black SUV that sped off and police presence mixed with shining lights in a vehicle right next to our room was enough to make us nervous. We won't be staying there again thats for sure.

This place was quite easily the worst hotel I ever stayed at. I get you get what you pay for. I felt so bad I left the soap and shampoo from the last hotel. Lol

Floors were dirty. There was still dirty laundry in our room when we arrived. Door was not sealed around the bottom and side so we put towels down so bugs wouldn’t crawl in. Fine as a place to lay your head but don’t have any expectations.

Stuck behind jammed door
Scottish inn is not very well maintained. The first day the bathroom door got jammed and I was stuck inside. I banged on the door from inside and my partener heard me and called hotel lobby for help. If I was alone, I would have been stuck inside the bathroom for hours if nobody heard me. The thought of getting stuck alone behind a jammed bathroom door is quite traumatizing to me.
