Close to everything

Pros: Convenience.
Cons: Temperature in hallways.
Location: Great location to shopping and restaurants.
The hotel was quiet, clean and location was good. There was no continental breakfast and the hallway was very warm.

Not Happy

Pros: It was close to high way.
Cons: Water pressure, staff communication. Update your Expedia page..if you are going a dog fee put it on your page. It should be a surprise.
Location: It's Owasso OK, the only thing you are doing there is visiting family.
unexpected dog fee upon check in...even tho I asked about fees in the reservation but never heard anything. The water pressure is non existent. The bed was uncomfortable and the fan did not work properly. Didn't like they wanted to keep an "tab" open on my card "in case" I charged anything to the room. In this day and age where identity's get stolen why would I want to do that. I am not that trusting of a person.

Nice clean hotel

Booked last minute while passing thru Tulsa. Great rate for a large clean room. Usually stay at higher star hotels but since it was for a short nights sleep we booked this hotel because of easy access along route and price. Was very satisfied cleanliness, size, and quality of room. Jerry at front desk was also very helpful. Would definetly stay here again.

Great place!

The guy at the desk was super nice. My room was clean and the AC kicked butt!! Will stay here again if I'm in the area. Great price!

Hotel stay

It's alright. There is no continental breakfast, if your hungry you will need to leave the hotel to eat or buy from their pantry. The staff was very nice. No pool, so if your like me after a good workout hitting the pool for a muscle cool down its not going to happen unless you soak in the bathtub. Very humid in the room, the carpet was wet. Comfy bed, clean sheets. Overall I rate this place 2 1/2 out of 5. I mean for 5$ more a nite you can get what this place offers plus extra at the Hilton or holiday inn. I wasn't very pleased and I won't be staying again. I'm not angry by no means just not very impressed like I should have been.

Awesome!

Staff was very friendly and room was great. Only negative part part I would comment on is the parking lot. I had a trailer on the back of the truck and construction trucks took up the parking lot. Parking was a little hard but other then that, it's a great hotel.

Did not honor reservation

Did not have correct rooms on hand that we had reserved several weeks in advance. We were forced to buy an additional room to be able to sleep our entire party. The hotel manager says this happens all the time if you use an online booking agency so don't count on having the room you thought you were reserving. They refused to comp or even discount the extra room we had to get. Hotel was good, had stayed there previously but won't again based on their unwillingness to correct this recurring issue.
