Candlewood Suites in Owasso, OK

Overall, our stay at Candlewood Suites in Owasso, OK was an enjoyable experience. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful and the room was cleaner than most in comparison to places that we have stayed in before. The linens appeared clean and we saw no evidence of bed bugs and no one in our family left there with any bug bites. The only thing that we found somewhat bothersome was that there seemed to be a stong chemical odor smell in the room that was most noticeable when we would arrive back to the room and first walk in. Other than that, our stay there was a good one and I would recommend this facility to anyone who was looking for a place in or around Owasso.

A Great Value and Location

The facility was really good. It is a newer hotel with all the modern amenities in its class. It is in a great location close to the booming Owasso retail center. The rate was excellent for the quality of the hotel. A very good value. The only issue was with the billing. The hotel was booked and paid for through Hotels.com, however, the hotel itself charged for the booking. It has taken a handful of calls to get the issue resolved. I left a message with the hotel's accounting manager and she never returned the call. Being an accountant, I could tell the staff didn't understand how to process the transaction.

It was nice to have drinking glasses in the room. The ice maker did not work. Also, the water pressure in the bathroom was very poor. The staff was great.

Ok. Staff friendly. Didn't receive check out receipt. Was told didn't need one was given price total by Expedia.

Would have stayed longer if I could have

The hospitality at this hotel was wonderful. They had a dedicated spot for pets to relieve themselves which was nice. The bed was a little soft for my taste but I think that comes down to personal preference. They had everything you could need in there lending "library" from blenders to corkscrews. The coffee was plentiful and they even included a little packet of popcorn in the room.

Location: close to all stores and shopping in Owasso
There was something abut every 10 minutes or less that made a noise that was quite distracting. When I asked for this hotel, I did not realize that they did not provide breakfast, so I would not wish to stay there again. That is something that is so convenient that I prefer one that does.

I am not sure what the noise you experienced was, but I hope that you reported it to the front desk so that our team could resolve of the problem. Yes, our hotel features a full kitchen in every room, which means that we only offer breakfast items a la cart for purchase in the Candlewood Cupboard. We have muffins, cereal and milk, juice, and a large variety of other breakfast items available in the Cupboard on a per item basis. Good place if you are staying more than one night

Just traveling through, stopped over at Candlewood because the room was a good value compared to other similar rooms. Nice kitchen and the room was roomier than other similar rooms. But I think I would rather have had a free breakfast and less amenities since I was just using it for a travel stopover. Still, if I was staying more than one night I would choose Candlewood again.
