Terrible customer service

I booked the room and paid a week in advance. Showed up at 2am, it was freezing, 32° and he wouldn't allow me in the lobby. I speed him my reservation on my phone and he still tried to charge me again for the room. I stood out in the cold for 30 minutes arguing that I had already paid, I was cold, along him to please let me in. A total mess! Then the breakfast they provide is from 7am-8am.they wine even leave coffee onext after that.

We are actually here due to being homeless. Very friendly staff. Wish they had a reasonable weekly rate for homeless family. Other than that it's a comfortable place to stay.

We have stayed here may times. It is priced for it's condition not bad. BUT this time when I got up in the morning the sink area was covered in about a dozen roaches. I canceled my reservation and moved out. The manager said that is normal he has them in his room. NOT STAYING AGAIN
