Very nice room for the pricePosted Oct 28, 2015
it was a great room, easy check-in, friendly staff, great bed.. only negative was the fact that the wi-fi was down.. which is very unfortunate. I at least had mobile data on my phone, but I would have liked wi-fi on my laptop. the printer downstairs did not work, but the front desk lady printed my document out on her front desk computer after I e-mailed it to her. overall, it was very good though and I was very satisfied!

Uncomfortable stayPosted Oct 5, 2015
Pros: It was clean. Breakfast was hot and had several choices.
Cons: Elevator, internet service, air conditioning unit, bathtub safety
Location: Utica Square was having an art festival. This hotel was an easy drive to its location. This was the reason for my stay.
The hotel staff was pleasant, to a point. When we arrived we were told that the elevator was broken and would not be fixed during our stay. Even though I had booked this room over a month ago, I was not given a room on the first floor. They were handed out in a first come first serve basis. When I was checking in, the lights were going out and coming back on. Red flag, but since the room was paid for through Expedia there was no way to find another hotel. The internet was nonexistent. It would come on for a minute or two, but not long enough to catch up on email or do any business. When I asked about the internet I was told they were working on it. Once in the room, we noticed that the room was either stuffy or freezing. No in-between. Truthfully I am not given to complaining about little things, but this became a running joke while we were there. Our friends in another room said they had the same problem. The bathtub was slippery and dangerous. I also heard another customer was given a discount because of the elevator. When I asked about getting a discount, they told me I couldn't because I booked through Expedia. Thought I had done something good by reserving online, but not at this hotel.

Nice hotel close to Cain's Ballroom.Posted Sep 30, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff, very clean.
Cons: I went down for breakfast at about 8:45, sign said open til 9:30. There wasn't a lot of things left to choose from.
It was super easy to get to Cain's from hotel. 5-6 minutes tops. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Air wasn't on in the room when I got there and it was pretty warm. It was also stuffy in the hallway. But that was my only complaint. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Cheap hotel, Comfy roomPosted Sep 27, 2015
Our room was very nice and the bed was very big and comfortable. The problems we had with the room were the hot water in the bathroom sink did not work and the outlets in the bathroom did not work.

Great Hotel close to downtown TulsaPosted Sep 25, 2015
Pros: Access to downtown.
Cons: For the price range of this Hotel not much could be improved with out a price increase.
Location: The Hotel is on Gilcrease Museum Road so the museum must be close. I was there for a conference at the Cox Convention Center.
Easy access less than 5 minutes from the convention center and other downtown facilities. Comfort Inn is easy to find, easy street access and ample parking. Rooms are clean and Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Central locationPosted Aug 4, 2015
Pros: Location, cleanliness and service
Location: The downtown area was fun with lots to do.
We had a 3 day stay. The hotel is a good location for activities in downtown Tulsa and surrounding areas, The breakfast was very good each morning with hot selections and fruit. The room was clean, the only complaint is a small one, they really need to put out more hand towels and wash cloths. The air worked well and the room was very quiet. The front desk staff and breakfast room staff were very good.

Good hotel!Posted Aug 1, 2015 on Hotels
This is a very good hotel at an economical price. The rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast had a wide selection of hot and cold foods. A good place to stay.
