hotel near Tulsa airport

Pros: The fellow who picked me up at the airport was kind and polite as was the woman at the desk.
Cons: The facility requires major structural improvement.
Location: The location is a bad one. There is nothing within walking distance.
no convenient restaurant for to have dinner, room was noisy (plumbing noise, HVAC noise), no elevator

BED BUGS

Pros: Nothing
Rented 4 rooms for the night. Found bed bugs plus blood stain on mattress. Staff would not do anything but tell us that they would fix before next guest. Very rude staff

Bed Bugs

Pros: NOTHING
Found bedbugs and blood on mattress. Hotel would do nothing for us. Will never stay there and will make sure no one I know stays there.

Excellent staff and breakfast.

Pros: The staff and the breakfast were both exceptional.
Cons: The mattresses could be replaced.
Location: Easy access to the interstate is the only good thing about the location.
The staff was very friendly at check-in and during a minor difficulty with the room when we first arrived (They resolved the minor difficulty quickly and I was not dissatisfied with the stay in any way over this minor inconvenience). The room was clean and nice, if a little outdated. The beds were nicely appointed, although the mattresses were a little hard. The location had excellent highway access, if little else to attract one to it. The free breakfast was excellent, especially considering the price range of the hotel. Additionally, it was busy when we ate breakfast and the staff did a great job of keeping it stocked.

Clean and inexpensive

The room was clean, very inexpensive. The clerk went out of her way to help us find a late night restaurant

From the personalized airport pickup, the friendly greeting, and the early breakfast preparation this place provided 5 star service. The room, although comfortable, was in need of some updating. Housekeeping did a good job in the obvious areas but left a paper bag full of trash behind the bedroom door. The shower was strong and plenty of hot water but the tub was worn with dark wear marks. Bottom line, a good place to stay for a night while waiting for a flight.

Get away trip

The hotel staff were wonderful, friendly, & attentive. My stay here was very positive. The owner even picked me up/dropped me off to & from the airport. I felt at home, & didn't want to go.
