One of the worst.

Horrible in every way. They even charged a night we didn't stay and wouldn't refund it. They owe me $80.96!!!

Don't bother booking through Expedia they will not honor price

Convenient to activities; private; helpful staff

Overall very good. Only complaint, they automatically charge $1.50 per day for vault. Upon check out you are responsible to tell them if you didn't use it. Otherwise you are charged & are not told of it on check in. I was told this was a Wyndum policy.

Older building in need of repairs ad renovations.

Hotel room had a clear leak along the ceiling above the window. When I walked in there were two ozone machines running to remove moisture and odor from the room from previous leaks. Carpet had a sticky feeling, and the linens had not been changed. The only reason I stayed was because I was to exhausted to deal with getting another place to stay.

This was very close to Oral Roberts University and close to multiple places to eat. We stayed 3 days, the hotel staff was very nice.

The room was dirty. We found Hair on the sheets and their floors were dirty. Also it smelled in our room, and there was mold in the bathroom. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. We will never stay there again and not at another days in.

The worst service ever

Would not recommend to anyone. The front desk clerk was rude. The breakfast area was unkept and hours very limited.

Close to venue

The hotel was a little outdated and the place they staged for breakfast was small and crowded and there wasn't a lot of choices for breakfast was limited

Pros: Location, Breakfast area was nice Staff was accommodating
Cons: Beds made the right way and more attention to cleanliness
Location: It was convenient for Conference
The bed was made wrong...the sheet should be next to the guest not the blanket with the sheet on top. There was "something" on the toilet seat which had the paper strip across it. I cleaned it off. There was a bug on the end of my daughters bed when we got up in the morning which was bloody when I squished it (I did not tell her!!!) The cost was appealing, but I'm afraid we got what we paid for.

Just stayed one night, room needs updating and continental breakfast was the worst. only choices was toast, waffle or cereal. no pastires or anything else. Won't stay there the next time I am at the Maybee Center. Bad neighborhood.
