Pros: Room was clean, bed was comfortable
Cons: Fridge and microwave would be nice. Also, a less expensive breakfast.
Location: If you want to be downtown then this is your place, if you want to drive everywhere then this is ok.
Hotel is located right downtown, not really located in an area you want to walk around at night. Nothing is in walking distance (dining/night life). It appears that this hotel is mostly used for business conferences/meeting which end around 4pm which in turn makes getting out of the parking garage a nightmare. This in addition to the $10.00 per day charge for parking. The website states they have a breakfast for $7.00 which I couldn't find, we paid $31.00 for two for the buffet. The onsite bar doesn't open till 4pm and is expensive. The room itself was ok, nothing special, NO fridge, NO microwave. All in All, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay to do sightseeing etc.

We were reluctant to stay here, but our two favorite boutique hotels were booked, so we took a chance. We were so pleasantly surprised with the property and staff.

Pros: Always like the comfort and cleanliness and normally the staff is great
Cons: Make sure the front desk people treat everyone with kindness
The room was great as always, that's why I stay there. Normally I do not have an issue with your staff but the guy at the front desk was slightly rude to me. My wife and I were checking in and he only offered us one cookie and when I asked for another one he tossed it on the counter and said "here!". I got over that but when I came back to the desk to get my parking ticket validated, Isaw him check in another couple and he offered them two cookies

The hotel is very nice and clean, but the walls are so thin we could hear every noise outside our room! People were in the hall at 1:30 am and we could hear it all. Won't stay again because of this.

Buffet breakfast only available if enough rooms are booked. Still a decent deal for the extra charge. You have to pay for parking if you don't upgrade and be sure they check their notes if you do upgrade. Nice room and pool.

It was a busy weekend during our stay and only one elevator was working. It was at least a 10 minute wait each time you needed to use the elevator. Otherwise we enjoyed the room.

We stayed the weekend during the center if the universe festival. The hotel provided free shuttle to and from the festival. It was great! Hotel staff was super friendly
