the property itself is ok, clean enough, but they rent by the month as a residential facility so theres a lot of seedy/trashy people loitering about. The staff is less than helpful, the alleged manager cora was useless and the other desk clerk was busy babysitting and playing on her phone instead of doing her job. The property is also 2 different hotels serviced by one desk, if you are on the "econ" side you have to pay $7 to get breakfast, even tho the breakfast is nothing more than fruit and cereal. They dont even refill the coffee urn, when what they put out at 630 is gone, its gone. I stay here because its usually cheap and clean, but I will likely find another option next year

I was at this property only for a couple of minutes. After checking in I walked through a sketchy alley into the hotel building, everything smelled like cigarettes, looked dirty and dark, the hotel room was very humid and also smelled bad. Everything at this hotel seemed unsafe and scary. As soon as I got into the room I contacted Expedia which helped me get a refund, after that I walked straight out and looked for another place.

Pests like mice and roaches, keys nit workibng to the point where one must have a key replaced up to six times in a period of 30 minutes trying to get into a room after a Long Day's Work at the hospital wouldn't want just wants to go in and rest, and key after key does not work after going up and down three flights of stairs to finally an hour later have access to the room, are other main problems that are a frequent problem

Kept seeing roaches, one even was crawling on my arm while I was feeding my newborn baby on the bed. Very poor condition and smelled like smoke even though we booked a non smoking room, even saw residue from a cigarette on the counter. Never again. It was so bad we checked out early.

Room was dirty, had no towels. Asked for towels 3 times. 4 hours later I went to front desk and got towels myself. Door to room didn’t lock. Was very uncomfortable.

Convenient easy to get to location with 24hr QuikTrip next door, resturant next door and McDonalds in sight too. Not a fancy, new hotel but was quiet, everything worked, and was very reasonably priced!

Hot cheetos all over the kids room. Our room was on bottom floor and door gap was so big that it made it hard to sleep from the light shining in. Roaches in the curtains and beneath the bed. Absolutely disgusting.

No elevator while being on the 4th floor, roaches, no breakfast for this side of the hotel. Lobby computers don't work. Other than that the staff is amazing!!! Very cool people. Accommodate you as best as possible. Seriously they are great!

I checked in to the Econo headed to my room. The moment I sat on the bed I saw a cockroach run across the floor before noticing a dead one in the middle of the room. I called the front desk and they were nice to assist. Before heading down we used the bathroom where two small roaches came from the tub before a huge roach ran into a whole in the corner of the wall. I left the property and had to find another place to stay.

Don’t book a room with this hotel they lie about there princess and can rope you into a situation where you will have to wait a week for a refund AT BEST. Don’t expect any human emotion other than annoyance from the desk girl with colored hair and face piercings. She is cute but don’t judge a book by its cover she doesn’t care.

Basically it was 2 hotels in one building, the condition of the property wasn’t great. There was a funny smell as soon as you come into the building, I had to troubleshoot the cable. The doo unlocked but I had to ram the door with my shoulder just to get it open. The beds were like sleeping on stone. The only bright spot was the staff they were all very friendly and helpful.

Be warned, you get what you pay for. First impression when you walk into the building is that it has a stale/musty smell. The elevator sounded like it was going to just snap and fall the ground. When walking into the room, the stale smell was still there, we got a king bed, for 2 people. Only 3 pillows and they were the worst pillows ever. The bed felt like you were sleeping on bricks. The carpet constantly felts damp. The bed linen smelled stale, like the rooms hasn't been opened in months, the bathroom was extremely small but that's not what bothered us. The celling was literally peeling off, the wall paper was peeling as well. Even the shower was peeling. The shower head was dripping the whole time and that splattered onto the toilet, there was no extra toilet paper anywhere, we had to go buy our own. We even found ROACHES! They have signs posted saying that cleaning services are upon request, nope! They just go on in and clean up without a request, and STILL didnt replace the toilet paper. Overall, I get it. You get what you pay for, but I have experienced a cheaper place that was nicer than that hotel!

I was not impressed with the fact that I had trouble locating to hotel. After locating it and getting into my room, I discovered that there werea variety of bugs, one of which looked like a cockroach. After my 2nd night, I discovered a few bug bites on my hands, face and thighs. About the same time, there was a major altercation between 2 or 3 guests, right outside my door with shouting, cusing, pushing and shoving. On person was pushed into my door. This was very disturbing. Lastly, i made multiplexattemps to speak with management to extend my stay (not necessarily in the same room), and there was no response from anyone from 8:30 am until about 6pm. Needless to say, it was a very disappointing experience.

The property was dirty and smells moldy. The tolet ran all night and kids and dogs running down the hallways. In the room the stucco was falling off the walls. Disappointed because it was nothing like the info on the page.
