Great stay in Tulsa!

This was perhaps the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. Wonderful people, safe and clean. Only complaint is that of the several days I stayed twice I went to use the breakfast buffet was supposed to close at 9 and both times I was their after 8:30 but before 8:50 and it was already being broke down so I didn't eat because hot food was unplugged or gone. Just say buffet ends at 8:30, but entire staff nice and place was great.

Thank you for your feedback I will share it with the team. I will make sure breakfast is available until 9am as it is supposed to be, we often times leave it out longer not shorter. Sorry for that.

The front desk ladies were wonderful. Our room had an issue and they changed us with an upgrade immediately I would reccomend this facility to anyone staying in the area

Dirty hallway floors, Hair in 3 places in shower

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: CLEAN UP
Location: Location was perfect
Not pleased there is no excuse for uncleanliness Literally they need to mop the floors in front of the elevators Get rid of extremely noticeable hair in the showers

I am sorry that we did not meet your standards. The hallway carpet is being replaced very soon. The elevator landings are done in the afternoon. Uncleanliness in the rooms is unacceptable and I do apologize for that. We strive to make sure the hotel is clean and comfortable for our guests and I am sorry yours was not.

Charged me a extra $29.16 after paying in full

rough night stay. Room was paid in full through hotels.com yet I received another charge of $29.16 on my credit card. Spend the extra $30.00 and stay at a respectable hotel. Not at all a happy camper.

Definitely a No-Frills Hotel

Make sure you bring your hair dryer and your clothes don't need iron because no iron and ironing board will be provided. A No-Frills Hotel but it was clean. Hallway carpet needs to be replaced, staff Was friendly enough. Bathrooms are very small but room is okay beds are comfortable. Air conditioner work in my room but I did hear somebody say theirs did not nor do their TV. Everything in our room work and our air conditioner did not make a lot of noise big plus. Over all my experience for this hotel I would give it at least two three out of five. I stayed here mainly because I was going to the car show directly across the street was not familiar with Tulsa and wanted to be close it ended up being very accessible to everywhere we went which was a very big plus.

Hello, Sorry your stay with us was not up to your standards. We do have irons and ironing boards available at the front desk, as well as hair dryers. We are about to begin a renovation of the rooms and hallways so I hope you will try us again in the future.
