Old and dirty

We have stayed in several Hamptons in the past week. The experience has been great. However this property has a lot to be desired. The only plus was the lady that checked us on. She was great.

My 2 week Stay

Pros: The staff was very hospitable and courteous.
Cons: Renovations to rooms
Location: Location was convenient to everything. As far as activities, there isn't too much to do in Tulsa.
The bed seems to always be a problem here. There are certain parts of this hotel that do not have newer beds. I experienced many nights of either back pain, neck pain or both. They were very nice about this and moved me immediately. The problem is that moving sometimes doesn't fix everything. Moving to another room, I experienced a clicking sound in the fridge that annoyed me all night and the work desk was located in front of the air conditioning unit. Everytime I had to use the desk, I'd have to cover the vents or turn the AC unit of....Annoying! Especially for the price of the room. Changes/renovations should definitely be considered.

Friendly, competent staff. Comfortable, well apportioned room. Reasonable rate. Very convenient. Always a major issue, the room was absolutely quiet. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Would stay here again, would refer the motel to friends/relatives.

Pros: Very comfortable bed and the breakfast was very nice.
Cons: The room had an odd odor to it.
We went to the Tulsa area for a family reunion and stayed overnight.

This Hampton Inn doesn't like Expedia

Pros: The food was good and they had a nice coffee area. Fruit was available for snacks. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The staff! They treated us totally different than others we observed checking in who had not booked through Expedia.
Location: Close to the highway. We actually booked this hotel by mistake and had meant to book at the Tulsa Hills location. We were in Tulsa for a wedding.
We were treated like second class citizens when we came. We were given a handicap room and when I asked if the clerk if she was aware, she said they assume all Expedia clients want handicap! We were given another room where the toilet would run all the time. We reported it, but it was never looked at or fixed. We were asked before 9am the next morning when we were leaving and when we said we had told them we had 2 reservations and were staying 2 nights, they said they had already reserved our room for someone else and they would have to move us to another room. We informed the desk that we had discussed that when we checked in and were told we could keep the same room. They told us they couldn't clean our room then! There was a big spider in the pool and the deck area was very dirty. They turned off the free wifi to our room more than once. The food was good, but customer service was lacking all around. Wouldn't recommend this particular Hampton Inn to anyone!

My husband and i stayed two nights to visit family the emplyees was friendly and went out of there way to help when i ask about the laundry service. We will be staying again in a couple months.

Great hotel !! Rooms were clean and so comfortable. Breakfast was good and plenty to eat. I especially enjoyed the fresh baked cookies :) !! I would suggest staying here. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

The staff was nice enough but the hotel was old and outdated. They were cleaning on the outside and making improvements though. My room was ok but the bathroom had not been cleaned very well and there were dead bugs under the sink vanity, and the floor had not been vacuumed.
