Used to be a nice hotel now it’s run down reservation was for a jacuzzi room bath tub was dirt noise behind the door a pair of pants sticking out from behind the dresser. The front desk guy was awesome

We reserved 2 queen beds for our room. When we got to our room we had a king and double pull out couch. We managed however we had to call down to get the bedding for the pull out couch. Wasn’t the best situation with 2 children ready for bed.

Property is clearly being renovated and not all amenities are useable but the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was amazing. Dining options in the area are limited.

The room was not super clean. Weird stains on the mirrors and shower. Bed was hard as a rock. Service while checking in was awful, the gentleman assisting my family and the others in our group was incredibly rude.

That heater in room didn’t work it was 29 outside and room wouldn’t get above 61 they wouldn’t move my room. Total waste to spend extra for jet tub when room was to cold to even use the tub

The people/staff were excellent and very friendly. There are no services close to the hotel, so everything is a bit of a drive to get to. The biggest problem is that the bathroom door (barn door style) would stick on the floor. You really had to pull on the door to get it to move. Could be solved in about 1/2 hour by moving the railing up approximately 1/2 inch. The shower had the best water pressure of any hotel I've ever stayed at.

We overall had a nice stay! It wasn't the cleanest, was a little smelly, and we found a bug in our bed. But the staff was nice and the breakfast was good! Affordable and super close to downtown so not bad at all.

The facilities and hotel room felt dark and dingy. Not the typical Hampton experience we're used to. The hotel seemed neglected and forgotten.

The system would not approve my original review. The hotel's cleanliness was not up to par. The staff was not helpful. I would not recommend this location for a stay.

Book now, pay later was a sham. Would only except cash if the price doubled. On top of all that, a 50$ deposit added from the price I reserved. Never have I had any problems of these matters with any other booking at any other hotel brands. I’ll never use them again.

You have to have the money to pay when you arrive. No hotel will let you pay after you have stayed. Also Deposits are Standard for all branded hotels. It is also mentioned on the official media for Hilton.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Hampton Inn’s but never one like this. This hotel is worn out! My room had been partially redone with new flooring but the bathroom ceiling was peeling and the furniture was so dirty I had to put a towel over the chair before I sat down on it. The room smelled musty, which caused my son’s allergies to flare up and the air conditioner couldn’t cool the room down. My bath towel even had a hole in it. Let’s talk breakfast - it didn’t look too bad until I spooned some eggs onto my plate, along with a big, black hair. What an awful way to start my day! That plate went straight in the trash! Thank goodness they had bagels and peanut butter as an alternative! I rarely give negative reviews but I was so disappointed in this property. It’s time to remove it from under the Hampton Inn name and downgrade it to a cheaper alternative. I will think twice before staying in a Hampton Inn again!

This place is a joke run down not takin care of stinks like sewage shower doors won't stay closed they advertise a hot tub but do not have one key cards never work. Very disappointed. Will never return here.

Kenneth, You said you saw advertisements for a hot tub. All official media from Hampton Inn Sand Springs has removed all mentions of Hot Tub over a year ago when it was taken out.

We arrived, no staff available. Waited almost 10 mins and Norman Bates appeared. He recieved phone calls at his desk with complaints of no water, when we showed empathy he told us he loved it when people complained. We was charged for a room that didnt match the picturesthat was on the website. We went into an elevator covered in furniture packing quilts and at the door exiting was work being done with dust, the ice maker pulled out and cords showing, the ugly parts. We knew it was under construction but it was a little much. When we got to the room, one of our travelors used the bathroom, there wasnt water to flush and no went in the bathroom. We left for 2 hours to find water for the rest of use to use the bathroom and wash hands. Water was on when we returned. The beautiful pictures of the hot tub was decieving, it was an ugly empty hole with patio chairs and tape around it like a crime scene. We tried to use the heated indoor pool, it was pretty but had loose hair floating in it and it was chilled. When asked, Norman Bates said he forgot to turn the heat back on in the pool because lack of water. That makes no sense. We asked for a extra pillow for our 3rd person and he entered the laundry room and dug around for one. The pillow case was wrinkly and the pillow stale, almost like smoke. We didnt use it. Same with the couch hide a bed. The clenliness was questionable. The furniture is ugly, out of date and not worth the 220.00 plus we paid and a 50 dollar deposit. Horrible.

No hot water both nights of my stay. Made 6-7 trips to the front desk for a resolution. I asked to see the manager each time but was told the manager was not on site and no one could help me. Very disappointing!

I apologize that your stay wasn't to your satisfaction. Hilton Hotels does not allow for managers to live on site. I am not sure what was going on with the water during your stay, as I personally went and checked the rooms and the water in the shower was temping on the thermometer at 115 degrees Fahrenheit.

Damage on 1st and 2nd floor not sure about 3rd!!
We stay at this location several times a year and this last visit was not what we expected. Disappointed, there were ceilung tiles hanging from the ceiling as well as list fixtures. I had to wipe down the vanity in the bathroom as it had not been cleaned. The next moring, there were tiles and lights hanging to the floor and on the floor, mind you there were clients in rooms around this mess.
