The first night there was no hot water for a shower. I reported to the front desk & they said they were having trouble the last couple of days & she would have maintenance check the heaters. There was hot water the next day. I also wanted clean towels for the room. About 11am the cleaning staff was in the hallway& we left our towels on the floor in the room. I also told the girl at the front desk our room number & asked for the towels. But when we arrived back at the room later in the evening the dirty towels were still on the floor & no clean towels. I went to the front desk to get the towels myself. The overall hotel was clean, the front desk staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good with a lot of options. We have stayed at this property and other Home 2 Suites and will again.

Overall pleasant experience; but the room temperature was at 48, we finally figured out that the thermostat did not work and adjusted everything from the base unit...pillows were entirely too soft...woke up with a "crook in my neck"...

Service was great…room was not.
The service was amazing and the ladies at the front were so nice and welcoming. I wish I could say the same about the rooms. They were not very clean. We found roaches in the kitchenette and a couple little dead bugs in the shower.
