It was my 52nd birthday and when we arrived they had upgraded my room, had ballons everywhere, and a bottle of white wine with snacks. The staff was awesome

Great location to BOK center, but nothing worth walking to immediately nearby that I saw otherwise. Parking garage is another $20-30 night. Bar could be nicer. Bathroom is tiny but clean.

This hotel was in a perfect location, and was very walkable. However the BEST part on my stay was interacting with the valet drivers. They weee friendly, gave the best recommendations and were absolutely charming. Well worth the cost. I’d definitely book this place again and recommend my family to stay when they come visit after my move to Tulsa.

The location is great, we stayed for an event that was being held at the BOK and we rode their shuttle there and back which was great! The pool needs updating but they are working on it! It was pretty cool how you could swim under and be inside or outdoor! Staff was friendly and helpful!

We have stayed here in years past and enjoyed our stay. But this time our room was terrible. We didn’t have any plug ins near the beds. They were across the room with the lamps plugged into them and ran along the baseboards. There was one unused working plug for the whole room. The air conditioning stated it was cooling, but it wasn’t. It was just a fan blowing room temp air. There was not a vent in the bathroom, so the entire room was steamy from the shower for hours, making it worse. They need to invest in updating the rooms. The lobby and restaurant were lovely.

The hotel was booked for the a large event at the Bok - Big 12 Wrestling Championships. One would think the on site restaurant would be staffed accordingly. Went to restaurant at lunch time on Saturday - only two servers on staff and rest of restaurant empty. Told a 25 minute wait. Asked if we could sit in bar - yes but bartender doesn't come on until 3pm...... Just seemed like poor planning or communication between departments that the hotel wouldn't be properly staffed for a weekend that the hotel is sold out for.

I stay at the Hyatt Regency Downtown everytime I am in Tulsa. The staff are crisp, sharp, and responsive. The restaurant is elegant. Their location puts you no more than a leisurely 15 walk (or 5 minute Uber) from other excellent restaurants. Hyatt makes the choice easy.

I was for the 14th floor and my bedroom windows were big, wide and dirty. The balcony had to be 5 inches big and you could not open the window and walk out on it. I never seen anything like that in my life. You could tell that area had not been cleaned in years. Definitely an eyesore.

The property was great, my Expedia experience was terrible. The reservation nerve came through to the hotel, so they couldn’t book me. I finally book through the hotel because when I called for assistance the person was worthless, rude and could not fix it!

We disliked that room was changed without letting us know. Went from king to twin double. This with no reduction in price. Only reason was “we had to change things around”. Very disappointed in this stay.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. However, my room was not clean on the second day and the toilet seat was up for some reason. .
