The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility seemed super clean from the last time I stayed here, so they have obviously made good improvements. My room was well maintained and kept, and I felt safe in the area as the property was well lit.

Gross. There’s no carpeting in the rooms, which is totally fine, but it’d be nice if the floors weren’t sticky! There were areas under the bed and table that weren’t moped at all. The bedding wasn’t complete and the two beds didn’t match! One had only the paper thin covering that is supposed to go over the blanket. The other one had a baby blue velour thin blanket (discolored). The white linen sheets were practically threadbare and rough compared to other places. The beds were old, but not too uncomfortable. The pillows on the two beds didn’t match each other either. The property said it’s a no smoking room but the bed covering had multiple cigarette burns on it! Worst was the baby elephant constantly stampeding in the room above us the next morning while I was trying to sleep in before continuing my road-trip. Remember, no carpeting. The child ran and ran around incessantly for at least an hour. I called the front desk to call that room and ask them to keep their child quiet but they didn’t seem ro help at all. No breakfast. No coffee. Miserable.

Place looked a mess- pillows hadn’t had pillow cases put on. Light switch looked like someone had punched it. Window was open when we came in- could’ve been a safety hazard for small children or pets, as we were on second floor. The chair in corner had been shredded at the bottom. Cigarette holes in bed spread and curtains.

There was only one wash cloth. The mini fridge was not pluggged in thw dloor was wet . I asked for another wash cloth they told me to bring the wash cloth down and they would waah it and bring it back to me

I should have known I was in for a bad experience when i walked into there was a beetle on the wall right inside the door. There were multiple others smashed against the wall or dead on the floor. Poop stains in the toilet, and holes in the wall that were stuffed with tissues.

No housekeeping for 5 days, when I complained to manager she yelled at me. Based on my rate I paid through Expedia, I should be happy with the lack of service. I was totally ripped off. Most of the time over weekend, there was no one attending front desk. I felt unsafe and forgotten there. I’m disabled and can’t move about easily, it’s an unwelcoming environment. I had stayed there a few months ago and had no problems at all then. Don’t stay at this property if you need housekeeping or security. I don’t appreciate being yelled at by manager for complaining

The beds/sheets smelt like very very old sweat like they haven’t washed them in between guests. The thing that upset me most is majority of us were at Rocklahoma, a 11am-12am festival that was 2 hours away. They REFUSED to give you any extra towels out side of 10am-3pm knowing that’s when we were all gone. They serviced my room and refreshed the towels my first night, Thursday. But then my husband and I were refused towels the rest of the time we were there WHICH WAS UNTIL MONDAY. It was horrible.
