Conveniently located near the Tulsa Expo/Fairgrounds/Sagenet Center. If you're here for one of the many horse shows or racing events you will enjoy the close proximity to your event.
If you are looking for convenience to a few of Tulsa's many great districts, this is a perfect place as well. Cherry Street, Pearl District, Route 66, Greenwood - Downtown, are all nearby and short drive.

This duplex was recently renovated and includes updated amenities, two living spaces, large private backyard, and pet friendly!

A sweet retreat away from home
Everything about this property and the manager. The location was perfect and it looked like brand new doll house. When I go to Tulsa next year to visit family I will definitely choose this place to stay everything was wonderful and comfortable.

We enjoyed staying at this listing very much. It is a beautifully appointed and updated place in an established quiet neighborhood. We felt the location was great for our needs. Our 3 grandchildren stayed with us for a few nights and there was room for everyone. The host was super responsive and helpful.

Excellent stay!
Lisa thought of every detail. The house was easy to get to and very clean. We were 1 minute away from Walmart and 6 minutes away from Tulsa University where our conference was being held. Everything you need is included in the house. The neighbor is nice and quiet. We took daily walks and felt safe. I would definitely stay there again if in the area. Thanks Lisa.

Ok. I’ve stayed at this property before and will so agin. Picture this, first of all it’s rainy outside. u get out of bed, go to the kitchen. U fix a cup of coffee, walk to the beautiful sunroom, open the sliding glass door just enough so u can hear rain falling and a little roll of thunder in the back ground. It was hypnotic.
