Really nice hotel with floor level patio rooms facing the pool/hot tub, which is open 24/7 year around! Check in was quick and easy with really nice front desk staff. Rooms are clean and spacious, casino is clean with friendly staff. The only negative we had was we were not told at check-in that you have to have a wrist band for the pool. After we had been in the hot tub for awhile a guard came by and asked if we had wrist bands, after telling him no one told us we needed wristbands and there were no signs, but I could show him my room key, he said, "That doesn't matter, get out, and don't come back without a wristband." Wow, that was an extremely rude way to speak to a guest! We were completely understanding of the rule and the need for it, and wished they would have told us that checking in (probably an oversite of the front desk). We are a couple in our mid 50's, there was no reason to be spoken to like that. It could have been handle way better! The only other critic is there are only 2 food options, a pizza place and a bar food restaurant. The food was great at both places but if we stayed longer than 1 or 2 days we would want more options. Overall we didn't let the guard ruin our weekend and had a great time.
