This property is in terrible condition! There is a ceiling tile missing and insulation showing in the lobby. In our room, we twice reported the toilet running and the shower dripping, they claimed to have fixed it, but they never stopped. The door jam still had dents and marks where it looked as though it had been broken into. The cabinets were not able to be opened, but the frame of the cabinet was clearly detached from the bottom of it. The toilet paper was initially a used roll that had been left in there from a previous guest. Most of the staff was very friendly, but we did walk into a confrontation between 2 members of staff in the middle of the lobby. The location was very quiet and convenient to where we were visiting, but I'm really hoping that the management has recently taken over the site and is making improvements rather than it just not being taken care of. The windows also do not have screens on them and there were a lot of cracks in the ceiling tiles and missing vent screens throughout the hotel.
The manager asked if I could help fix a toilet in the room because he was short on staff before I even got my room! I said sure if he would upgrade my room for exchange! Needless to say after I helped him he had no rooms available, the room I originally booked was not clean and bath was clogged! We looked at 3 different rooms and none was clean people was leaving at check-in and took me 1 hour before I even got a room! Would not recommend!!!

Staff was friendly, room was very spacious but lack some fixing up, lights missing, shower tub clogged and could be a bit cleaner. Neighborhood a bit dicy
The manager. I booked two nights but could not arrive until after midnight because of weather delaying flights.
The manager decided that because I did not arrive for the first night he was canceling my reservation for the second night and had already charged me for the first night. He then said to check in for the second night I was going to have to make a new reservation. The new reservation was for twice the price.
He was extremely rude.

Our room smelled of strong bleach, the extra lock on the door was broken and the return air vent had a towel covering it because when the air came on it spewed water. They said they could not change our room for the night.
When we came in the front desk couldn’t find our online reservation. She then had to physically walk to the third floor to find a clean room. Once we got up there the “smoke-free” room reeks of smoke. There was an unexpected balcony, luckily, so we were able to keep the door open for the entire stay. The room was in severe disrepair. Half the lights didn’t work. The shades were permanently bent. Wood was chipped and stained. The door to outside didn’t seal. We honestly didn’t feel very safe staying here.

Not a Good Experience
We had some challenges here! The front desk clerk helped us a lot, but it was still somewhat difficult. What we opened our room door, the room hadn't been cleaned at all and was in total disarray! We had to be changed to a different room, but the hotel was sold out, so it wasn't a room we wanted. We had reservations for a long time so this was frustrating. Then, the new room wasn't really clean (there was a dirty towel in the shower and some trash in the hide-a-bed) and the air conditioner didn't cool very well.
