Everything was Terrible ! It was Dirty Nasty Un kept literally everything was broken! I showered on site and the shampoo and body lotion were half empty from the other guests using them. I’ll be showing as soon as I get home to wash off that hotel!!

Needs changes
The size of the room was amazing. However it desperately needed some updating on a few things. The bed was very comfy. The first couple hours I was there someone kept trying to get into my room. The smell of weed was very strong. The night shift workers were not professional. Someone kept putting their dirty towels and trash outside my door and it stayed there the whole weekend. I would probably never stay there again unless things change.

For a low-end hotel it was really great. It was a reasonable price and it honestly exceeded my expectations. Naturally, it didn’t have absolutely stellar amenities, but you can’t expect that from a low end hotel and they absolutely had more than I expected. I like their complimentary free breakfast and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only two main things I can complain about is the homeless people that tend to wander the area and the hallways usually smell like cleaner which made my asthmatic partner kinda light headed but this is definitely worth the money and very safe for a low end hotel. The cameras at every corner made me feel very secure.

This hotel is a s#!t show. EVERY ROOM SUCKED! They were “kind enough” to offer me others, BUT THEY ALL SUCKED (filthy, noisy, dilapidated). Above it all, EXPEDIA IS REFUSING A REFUND. I guess same people own that hotel and expedia. Can’t give a refund because of a “not our problem” policy at expedia. Both parties here (hotel and expedia) are money grabbing scams. Take my $60 and choke on it. I WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN. Plenty of services out there that will screw me over, but I am happy to say that expedia wont be getting my money ever again.

It's winter and there was no real blanket on the bed. Just a very thin white cover that I could see through and it was more like a sheet. There were dead bugs on the windowsill. The furniture is shabby and damaged. The bathroom door would not close unless it was slammed. The bed was hard and uncomfortable; neither of us slept hardly at all. The breakfast was just some scrambled egg substitute and toast or bagels. I guess you get what you pay for.

This hotel has stains and small damages almost everywhere, even had a bed with a damaged bed frame. The house cleaning does not do a thorough enough job of cleaning the rooms; the toilet paper in use in the bathroom had needle blood on it and the floors were dirty.

Don't stay here!
I had driven about 11 hours from Boulder CO. and arrived at the hotel about 1/2 hour after sunset. Everything was dark! No lighting. If it hadn't been for my GPS, I wouldn't have known I was at the right place. As I sat in the parking lot bewildered, suddenly all the lights came on. At the check in desk, the host wouldn't make eye contact as she mumbled something at me. I had to initial and sign some paperwork which I thought was odd. When I entered my room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. There was a used Q-tip on the floor, along with some cellophane (candy?) wrappers. Gross. I walked out on the balcony and saw that over half of the lights in the parking lot were out. I went downstairs and moved my car so that it was under one of the lights that worked. Too exhausted from driving all day to complain, I took a hot shower and was asleep in seconds. I will never stay at any Quality Inn again.

My son has a reservation here for Sept 23rd, has the Expedia itinerary, confirmation number and proof of payment and they couldn’t find his reservation and turned him away. Expedia made it right but I don’t recommend this hotel at all!

Checked into room to find housekeeping hadn't changed the sheets. Pet/dog hair all over both beds. I went to ask for another room and find curtains hanging off the rod, shower tub was cracked, putting water into the wall, part of the drawers were missing and the grab bar to the shower was falling apart. Only good thing was bed was comfortable and water was hot.

This was pretty close to everything we needed to be at for an event. But that's about it. Our room wasn't cleaned before we came in, they only swapped the sheets and gave us towels. There was a dead cockroach in our bathroom. All the room lights were burnt out. The smoke detector has been completely ripped out of the ceiling. There was a door with no lock to an inaccessible balcony. They had a ratty ass leather office chair that would have been better if they'd thrown it away than to have it. There was libt hanging out of the vents. The main door had a board partially dismantled from it, sticking out, with a screw where it could stab you. All the paint jobs were half assed. The elevator was isolated and partially outside. The breakfast food sucked. The pitchers has open tops inside the fridge. The staff was really nice. But that's about it. This is the most ghetto hotel I have ever stayed at. "Quality" my ass. Do NOT stay here. I did complain to Expedia that emailed the hotel. But they never got back with us or changed our room. And I have crippling anxiety. Plus we were doing a comicon this weekend, it is inconvenient and useless to change rooms when my cosplay stuff is scattered everywhere.

The property was not well kept. Holes in the wall, bathroom fixtures loose. The elevator roof was missing light covers and was exposed to the outdoors. The room was fine, realtively clean. The people were nice but not really friendly. The food was the same each day and not real great. It was just an average place to stay.

Worst hotel ever!!!!
My stay at this hotel was far below acceptable standards. When we arrived the halls were smelly like mildew, it was no air in the halls. Once we got to the room it was not cleaned. There were no pillow cases on the bed pillows, stain on the sheet, water spots on night stand from glasses, furniture still dirty, bugs in window sill, refrigerator dirty and wouldn't close, no ice bucket nor ironing board was in the room and lastly bathroom tub was dirty as well as the curtains and there was urine in the toilet and seat hadnt been cleaned. The room was discusting. I cleaned it along with the help they sent up after my complaint. I truly want my money back. Please take care of this. The front desk workers were informed of everything I mentioned here. The only reason I didn't check out upon arrival is because there were so many activities happening that weekend in Tulsa that most hotels downtown were sold out.

The staff was very friendly very professional very accommodating. The hotel was incredibly understaffed . The hotel was ran down and in need of a complete overhaul. Check in time was 3:00 p.m. did not have enough staff to clean the room. The lady from the front desk ended up cleaning our room. We went to our event and came back around midnight which was the first time we were able to get in the room. Almost everything in the hotel was broken, under stocked, unkept, or in need of complete replacement. Both bed frames were broken in our room. The air conditioner unit rattled constantly all night. Have bless these water in the bathroom runs for 10 minutes before we got hot water. The free hot breakfast was non-existent either the supplies were not present or some other reason. The hotel had multiple homeless people living on or close to the property. The grounds on the property were covered in litter. All Lamppost on property had been vandalized and destroyed. It seemed like this location had a great small team of employees trying to take care of a neglected property.

It was okay, but probably won’t stay there again. Pros: Location, room size and bed. Cons: Quality of room and furnishing were subpar for Quality Inn. View pictures to see images inside room of “upkeep.” Lack of attention to detail.
Shower head cover piece separated from tile.
Towel rake repair very poor and feel off when towel was removed.
Poor paint job throughout building and room.
Cabinet cover was damaged and drilled back on despite large crack and bottom sticking out.

When I got to my room, one bed had crumbs in it, the other bed had a giant urine stain on the sheets, hair was all over the bathroom floor and the towels looked used and not clean. Went to the lobby, stating the condition ours was in, and desk lady didn’t seem surprised about the room being dirty.

Outside of the property seemed clean enough. After checking in, expectations dropped. On the way to the elevator, we were hit with the smell of pot. Second floor wasn't as bad, so we continued to our room. Once inside, it got worse, the bathroom, although it looked like they had tried to clean, still had hair in the shower and tweezers on the sink. Only two of the three bulbs were working. The lampshades were stained, as well as the duvet. The beds were lumpy and squeaked. The wooden headboards had very distinctive handprints on them. The fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling. To top it off, 2 minutes after we walked in, housekeeping knocked on the door and came in! We ended up going to another hotel.

Checked us into a room that was already occupied. Bathtub had a crack in the bottom with a piece of tape holding it together and was moldy and gross. Hair in the drain. The towel rack was hanging off the wall. And only 1 towel. The windows dont have screens or locks.
