Comfortable accommodations

Comfortable accommodations with easy access to the interstate. Rooms are kinda rundown, but lobby is being remodeled..... Hopefully guest rooms are next.

Overall good for the money

The free breakfast was not set up 45min past the time is was supposed to start and there wasn’t a staff member around to ask. The hotel was ok. Easy to get to from the highway and several good options nearby. The mattress was hard as a rock but I find that’s normal with hotels in this price range. They weren’t clear on the pet policy when booking. The paperwork says 25lb weight limit but we weren’t given any trouble with our 40lb dog. Still, it needs to be clear to guests when booking

I night in Tulsa

We got in late and I just wanted to sleep. I am glad I didn't look around too much in the room. I did notice there where black hairs in the tub that night but that was it. In the morning when we could see more and were more awake the pillow cases and sheets where stained. And the bathroom was setup very strange and a little too small. Breakfast was decent. But the safe was friendly.

We think our sleeper/couch was broken. Other than that, we had no problems. The breakfast had a good variety.

Better than expected

We stayed driving through from Phoenix to Chicago. Once we decided we could make it to Tulsa on the first day, we booked using the app. I indicated we would need a late check in and we were travelling with a small dog. I waited a couple of hours after receiving the confirmation email to verify the hotel staff knew we would be late. The lady I spoke to confirmed they knew about our dog and thevlate arrival. We arrived at the hotel around midnight. The lady working the front desk wasn't super friendly and sounded pretty annoyed we had the dog, because she "wasn't aware we were staying with a dog." When I told her I called and confirmed it was on our reservation, she again denied it was there and it would be $10 fee instead of the $5 as stated on Hotels.com. She did get us our room quickly though. The room itself redeemed that experience. they beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice. The breakfast was good too. The morning staff was super helpful and friendly.

Pros: very roomy rooms
Cons: the stairwells could be a little more clean
Location: LOTS of yummy food nearby! LOVED the Village Inn restaurant!
Loved the staff and nice continental breakfast! Always had coffee and water available to drink!

The first of 4 nights the drain in our room didn’t drain. So we moved rooms the next day. Then the tub in the new room didn’t drain real well but it did work. The shower on the third day was cold. The staff was wonderful and accommodating despite the issues with the rooms. We have stayed in this hotel a number of times over the last ten or so years and like that it will sleep more than just 4 people. We often travel with our kids and grandchildren.
