The TV's at our property are all operating, and usually concerns like this are resolved by replacing batteries in a remote control of resetting the signal. We are surprised to hear that you were not impressed by the cleanliness of our facility, and would be grateful for more detail of the areas that you found to be unsatisfactory. Our housekeeping staff is committed to providing our guests with the cleanest rooms and common areas, and we wish that we had known about your dissatisfaction with our service so that we would have had an opportunity to provide you with a different room or correct any other issues that resulted in this impression of our property.We will be grateful for an opportunity to better impress you with your next visit!

The guest in the room directly above us had a dog that started barking at 6:00 AM I finally complained to the desk at 7:40 AM and was told there wasn’t much they could do. No refund was offered.

We are grateful for the opportunity to accommodate you. We are also sad that we were not notified of the disturbance from the upstairs guests in order to remedy the situation sooner. When you reported the complaint that the dog had been barking upstairs, we called the upstairs guest immediately to ask them to return. They had left their dog alone in the room, and they responded to calm down their dog within a half hour of us contacting them. Upon check out, you had mentioned that the problem had been resolved shortly after you reported the disturbance, so we are regretful that you were not pleased with our resolution to the problem. We will be grateful for an opportunity to accommodate you in the future.

My family of six stayed at the hotel 3 nights in a two bedroom room. Inside the hotel is advertised as smoking free, however it smelt like cigarette smoke inside the room when we first arrived and every time we came back to the hotel, as if someone was smoking in our room while we were away. We opened the windows and that dispated the noxious cigarette smell so were able to sleep. We complained about the cigarette smell in our room which seemed to get worse every night. The staff gave us an air freshener and offered us a smaller room. They also stated we can't keep people from smoking. Additionally the bath tub had a crack in it. The carpeted floor in the living room area was bit damp. The towels and bedding were clean but the floors inside the room did not appear to be vacuumed well.

Not for the handicapped.
I’m currently using crutches or a walker while recovering from surgery. There is no covered pull through entrance for this hotel. I booked a one bedroom suite. None of the pictures on the website are remotely similar to the bathroom in our suite. The bathroom door cleared the toilet by not more than an inch. No way I could get in the bathroom with the walker and trying to get in with crutches was near impossible. The toilet was very low. So painful for me to get up from without the aid of my walker or crutches. The second day of our stay they tried to give our room to someone else saying that we weren’t in their system. They had cancelled our room keys and didn’t tell us so I was locked out of the room with my walker waiting for my husband to go get new keys made. The couch was worn and difficult to get up from. The shower had a slow drain and the bathroom fan didn’t work. The only bright spot was the staff. They were very nice. The maintenance man was able to fix the drain and replaced the fan. We did not stay the second night. I would not stay again at this or any other Staybridge. I regret using my rewards on this stay.

Everything was good the only thing is the sleeper sofa wasn’t in very good condition. Mattress and cushions were torn and wore out. So if you are going to need to use it I would suggest to get the three bed option. I would stay here again.

Nice property. Elevators are starting to look a little shabby and dated. Clean rooms and a well kept property. Tiny towels for the pool result in each guest needing 2 to 3 small towels to do the job of a proper sized pool towel resulting in no towels available later in the day. Rooms are large and the kitchenette is great. Fitness center is 3/10 as far as equipment and it’s so hot it feels like a sauna in there.

Of course the pictures were totally off on this one. Rooms were very outdated. I have four kids and we felt unsafe the whole time we were there. They also wanted to charge us a different price than what was on the receipt. I was not happy with this place. We will not be going back.

Very comfortable beds. Nice to have 2 bedrooms for 2 families. Kitchenette was a plus. Breakfast variety was good. There was some noise, but not too bad.

I love the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that was provided. Also the silverware, plates, bowls, etc.. for the kitchen. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Second stay.
This is my second time to stay in this hotel, this time for nine days. The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and the hotel is quiet. As a solo traveler, I feel completely safe here. This is my go-to lodging for Tulsa.

Really great service. Nice space for the 7 of us. Google said people talked about the condition of the rooms and that they could be cleaner. I agree with both issues. Things like caulking and a dirty dishwasher. But we’d stay there again.

Great place to stay with a large family. Lots of room (3 rooms!), comfortable beds, decent showers, full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher were all used. Nice outdoor pool that our kids loved! Friendly and helpful staff. Safe area to stay in with so many shops and restaurants within a close proximity. Super Target is just a couple streets nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

The suite was very roomy and comfortable. We didn't really use the kitchen much but it's nice to have a full size coffee pot and refrigerator. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the evening happy hour snacks Mon-Wed. It would have been nice to have the evening happy hour every evening or at least Thurs.

We chose this place because of the location and the direction we had to travel from here, when we got snowed in, the front desk was very helpful when we needed to extend our stay. The staff was very friendly though out the property, great place to stay

Once checked in. The suite has not been cleaned properly. The couch/ pull out bed was very dirty with animal hair on and in it, with little dirt balls all over it, there was what appeared to be blood on the 2nd bedroom bathroom door and wall, also what appeared to be blood on the wall in the living room, the 1 bedroom bathroom was clogged badly and was not usable, the kitchen sink held water and wouldn’t drain the whole time we was there, garbage disposal didn’t work, living room tv came on but displayed no signal the whole time and also the 2nd bedroom tv came On but displayed no signal the whole time. I called down to the front desk multiple times and made them aware of the issues. Upon leaving they stated they made the general manager aware of the issues and that I would have to take it up with Expedia because I booked the room through Expedia. I was not happy with the problems I explained. Those things should’ve been taken care of before anyone stays in that room.

Check in was speedy, lobby was clean, room was clean but several little ugly details in wood molding, door and cabinet hardware. Bed was comfortable. Notable noise from hallway and adjoining rooms. Breakfast area could have been cleaner, though not bad. Layout of Breakfast items was awkward and caused crowding. Overall, this was a $75.00 to $100.00 room not a $125.00 room.
