Couldn't check in to our reserved room hours after check-in time because they were short-staffed and the dryers were broken. Offered a room that didn't accommodate our families needs or the option to wait 3+ hours for our original reserved room. All the carpeting leading to room was filthy and had little bits or trash throughout. The bathroom wall by the toilet was bubbling out and dirty. The toilet seat had many cuts into it and discolored in spots. The indoor pool was horribly disgusting. The smell was overpowering--like walking into a dirty dog kennel. The water was discolored--almost green. There was not enough chlorine in the water to handle the hundreds of families who bombarded it all day. Half of the features weren't turned on or working (i.e. palm tree sprinkler, two water cannons). The pool floor was bubbling up as we walked on it and chunks broke off and were floating in the water or were thrown to the walkways. The ONLY positive of our stay was the young lady the next morning who checked us out, she had a wonderful attitude and was very pleasant.

Not good. People were smoking weed in the halls. Very loud and trash on the floors in halls every where

Customer service at the front was slow. Check in took awhile. The room was big and spacious for a king bed room. There was no soap provided to wash hands. We couldn’t get in to our room all day Saturday because something was going on with all the locks and keys. The maintenance guy fixed our lock and double checked our key and then brought it down to us at the bar around 11 pm. The elevators were taking forever so there was lots of people waiting for a while. The pool was awesome for the kids. The bar was fun. Trent, Trey, and Matt were awesome.

The room was great. However even after a reservation was made I was told they didn't have any rooms available and had to wait till almost midnight for one to open.

The kids had fun at the pool but that was the only positive mark. Run down, not clean, poor customer service and unsanitary cleaning procedures witnessed. Will not return

Horrible experience

The pictures of this property are much better than the actual condition. The pool was gross and many of the pool amenities we actually came for were not functioning. The hotel was filthy. The bathroom for our room was gross with someone’s hair brush left behind, toilet paper on the wall and soap scum. Staff did not go out of their way for anything. Breakfast was a ripoff and sub standard. This was our absolute worst Hotels.com experience, but no fault of Hotels.com.
