Excellent personal servicePosted Sep 12, 2015
I visit there about 5-6 times a year and each time I arrive they recognize me by name and make sure everything is to my satisfaction. The location is perfect for my purpose and the amenities are great.

Needs a good deep cleaning ... EVERYWHERE.Posted Sep 7, 2015
My family rented three rooms here over Labor Day Weekend based on what we believed was the reputation of this hotel chain, and pictures found on the website. However, the only picture that seemed true to what we actually saw was the lobby. It was apparent that it had been remodeled, and looked very clean and updated. Our rooms, however, were very small (they were rooms with 2 queen beds) compared to other hotels we have stayed in. Also there were little things like crumbs in the bed, grease on a towel, and just overall updating that needs to happen in the rooms. Our main draw for the hotel was the swimming area. It was also very obviously in need of some paint, a good cleaning and replacing some of the floating lily pads (which were coming apart). The water was also a little cloudy looking. Our kids did enjoy it, but as a parent, it wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be. I think Wyndham may want to pay a visit to this hotel to make some improvements as I wouldn't want my name on it.

Excellent valuePosted Aug 31, 2015
Great facilities. The breakfast buffet was a little pricy at $13. Nice room and good service. Shuttle service to airport was a plus, although a bit of a wait for airport pickup. The indoor water park was very popular (although I didn't use it) - I might like to use this hotel in the future for a family meetup. I am not familiar with what is considered "4-star quality" - it might be that or not.

It was nice for our family to have a get away from our daily lives. The beds are very firm and it hurt my husband's back to sleep on them. House keeping was great and very kind to my two little girls. The room had a few sunflower seeds on the floor when we arrived, a cracked bathroom sink, a cracked mirror at the very bottom corner, and a chipped glass by the ice bucket. Besides the condition of the room everyone was very nice and courteous.

Rooms are a little dated, but everything was great and comfortable. There were a lot of kids in the pool though.

great hotel for the pricePosted Aug 13, 2015
My kids loved the indoor pool area and slides. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our fitted sheet got wet the 1st night and took close to 3 hours to get a new one, the front desk said the housekeeper didn't speak good English so may not have understood what she was supposed to do, but they did come is breakfast for our entire stay due to the inconvenience. However had breakfast not been free we would not have eaten at the hotel it was pricey like $14 breakfast buffet that was similar to what is free at other hotels.
