Not satisfactory
The property was fine with a couple of exceptions. There was a constant leak under the kitchen sink that was not repaired the whole week we were there. We didn't book that villa, but that's where they put us. Someone was in the villa we booked. The cooks didn't put the trash out the whole week, they stood over us while we ate and used our bathroom. Also, came later to prepare dinner each night. We refused the last night because they were so late. Tulum itself was wonderful, but I would never recommend LocoLuxury to anyone I know. The owner reached out for comments, offered to further the conversation and possible compensation for our experience, then never followed up..These people are not serious about hospitality..
