This place is not at all as advertised. When we checked in they took us to our room and because our flight was delayed it was pretty late - around 9:30 PM. The room smelled so strong of cigarette smoke (a non-smoking room) that after 10 minutes my adult daughter and I decided we would not survive the night let alone two nights so we decided to ask for another room. We went to the front desk to ask to switch and the front desk clerk was nice enough but told us to go check out another room on the second floor, gave a us a key to that one and if we liked it we could move ourselves and bring the other key back to the front desk. Normally I would have been sort of fine with that but my daughter has a badly broken foot and there are no elevators. We moved ourselves to the new room which was a bit better - but DIRTY. The white towels were greyish from being old and the floor was disgusting, not to mention the toilet is in the shower. We were starving so we decided to go get dinner before the only restaurant closed. It's a buffet which is not my favorite but my daughter is not picky at all. However - even she deemed the food inedible. We decided to spend the night and do an early checkout in the morning. We were not rude about it - we just said that we were switching hotels and we understood there would not be a refund. At that point we did not care we just wanted to leave and have a great vacation. Much happier with our next place and the vacation ended up amazing!
