Everything is awesome. Amazing cabanas handmade with wood and natural materials. All was perfect... from front desk, attention, room, restaurant and cleanliness & quality of restaurant.

Showed up to a room under construction with no working AC. After spending the night in that room we were moved to a new room that was also under construction with no working AC. The bathrooms are outside with construction workers clearly able to see you showering. When we approached the hotel about this they told us that they’d authorize a refund if we wanted to find a new hotel but as of now they are still denying the request. Worst hotel experience of my life.

I don't really like doing this because people are trying to make a living but I would of wanted someone to write an honest review of this hotel before I booked. Stayed 3 nights in total here ... Yes , the hotel has its uniqueness charm and is an experience. But it does also have its negative points. Bathroom is outside in the open about 30 feet from the room which makes it hard to go to the bathroom if it is raining as they do not provide any umbrellas or anything of that sort. Showers are located outdoors as well and good luck showering with hot water. At least in my experience, Had to shower with cold water every time. If you are a person that likes to sleep in a clean room, don't expect this as you are walking in the Sandy/ Dirt outside of your room without any walkway to your room. As soon as you enter, yes the room has a lot of charm as you will see in the pictures but not everything is looks, at least for me. Beds shown as king beds are not king beds, im 5"7 and my feet were hanging our of the bed. There is no place to put your clothing or unpack so make sure you bring a suit case that is comfortable to live out of. Doors do not shut the whole way, which makes the room very warm even though there is a small AC machine with slightly helps. The worst part for me, was the spiders inside the room and in the bed, I woke up every day with several SPIDER bites which made the trip a bit unpleasant. I can go on but I guess this sums it up. enjoy your trip wherever u go
