This is a great option as a base for exploring Tulum and surroundings. The staff is helpful and welcoming. Continental breakfast is sufficient, but could add some fruit or cheese. Glamping is a perfect way to stay close to nature, and this place has it down! Thanks, Joy Tulum!
This place was so quiet for being close to city center! We had a great experience with the staff and really enjoyed having access to free bicycles. Bathrooms were incredibly clean, great community, relaxing pool/porch area. Ceiling fan was such a game-changer!
Alfredo and Antonino are the best most kind front office individuals. I have ever met. Being a travel agent I have traveled a lot. they are by far the best!!!!! . They would go above to help me and as a solo traveler they would rush to the gate when arriving.

Liked decorations around property, inside room jungle style, free bike was provided, no tv inside room. Didn't like was a bit noisy around the hotel, street to get to hotel was super dark during night time not lighting.
