Frida was great at our check in very informative and transparent . We got a complimentary Chapman bottle and flower pedals and tea which made it extra special . Amazing place highly recommend . Check in was flawless no hassle just fiill out info prior to check in on the email they send you.

Truly the perfect experience. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. You can easily forget all your troubles and find some time for yourself. The food and staff were great to us and so very accommodating. Thank you for making our trip from Canada perfect!

I reached out to concierge prior to arrival to see if accommodations can be made to make my husband feel celebrated for his birthday trip. They decorated the room with happy birthday balloons; it was honestly the best gesture I have ever experienced in all my travels. They went above and beyond when they didn't have to. Every concierge I encountered was helpful with anything we needed during our stay. We rented bicycles to get around town. Valet was always helpful in making sure we got our bicycles when we needed them. For those looking for a fun way to get around town, I highly recommend renting a bicycle. Turndown service with night time herbal tea was the perfect ending to the day. Restaurant had excellent ceviche as well.

Privacy Invaded!!!!!
Only returned from previous great experiences. This time - the total opposite! On the 1st day hours after check-in the housekeeper casually walks in the room like she going in her house without knocking or announcing herself while I’m completely undressed. Stood there with a look of surprise that someone was in the room. The answer from manager did not help as to why did the housekeeper went in the room in the first place (we did not request any in-room service and all settled/situated), her answer, “housekeeping do not want to disturb guest”. I did accept the massage at the spa that was offered by manager hoping that may help. However So glad I did book any service in my past stays - definitely not worth the price. Will not ever recommend this place as I have in the past.

Really beautiful hotel. Everything is really cute & aesthetic and the food at the restaurant was delicious. However this hotel is located within the national park zone and the Mexican police gave us a lot of issues to enter the hotel zone at night. We had to go back and forth with them for almost 10 minutes just to get back to our hotel. Cabs also costed us a fortune due to the construction, after certain hours you have to make a full circle around Tulum to get back to the hotel. Beautiful hotel but the location caused a lot of issues we did not want to deal with

It was the perfect honeymoon location! It was safe, a beautiful location, and they had free parking for us so we could relax in the morning and evening and adventure during the day! Definitely would stay here again!

Mi Amor Tulum Hotel Room 13 exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Located inside a national park, remember to bring cash for the entrance fee. The hotel offers a refund of 8 USD as restaurant credit, so make sure to ask for it. Upon arrival, the security staff was helpful, carrying our luggage from the free parking area. The front desk gave us a warm welcome, accompanied by refreshing drinks. The room, with its unique pink style and amazing bathroom, impressed us. While beach access was limited, the comfortable beach-style couches on the rocky cliffs provided a delightful experience, especially during sunsets. We felt safe with guards patrolling the property. Mi Amor Hotel offers a private and secure environment. The morning was blissful, enjoying the mini pool with plum trees swaying, music playing, and birds soaring above. The restaurant area, overlooking Tulum Beach, was a great spot. The servers were friendly, although the orange juice and watermelon juice were not as flavorful. However, the AVOCADOTOAST, JAPANESE-STYLE PANCAKES, and THE HANGOVER SANDWICH were delicious, particularly the pancakes. The checkout process was easy and hassle-free. I highly recommend Mi Amor Hotel to friends and anyone seeking an unforgettable experience in Tulum.

Beautiful property! I stayed at MiAmour for my birthday & Mothers Day, and I really enjoyed everything the property had to offer. The staff was friendly, and the food was AMAZING!!!! My only issue was that they are doing construction, not on the property but the roads and it was so much money in taxis to get back to the hotel due to the construction. Overall I enjoyed myself.

Great location if you plan on going to the ruins. The staff at the hotel is amazing and super helpful. We enjoyed the hotel setup. It was great having a room with a jacuzzi. Enjoyed the drinks and food. The only suggestion I would have is that I wish the dinner menu had a few more options. We also loved the cookies in our room the first night we checked in. I wish they were on the menu. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a truly exceptional stay at Mi Amor! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the delicious cocktails and stunning views from the cabanas. Highly recommended for couples visiting Tulum.

Expensive area - staff was great but facility is tired and really doesn't offer anything in general - no beach, no real lounge area, small pool, the area is charging St Barths prices but is not anything close to St Barths - Playa del Carmen is a much better value and more walkable - the hotel stretch has really cool pockets of hotels but generally, not a place I would go back to.
