The villa is very spacious with a minimalist touch and very comfortable areas and bedrooms.
The main bedroom is downstairs with a King bed, very spacious, with an en-suit full bathroom with bath tube and wardrobe. It has direct access to the garden and the pool area.
The second main room is a Queen bed upstairs on top of the main, so very similar to the King downstairs, very spacious, with en-suit wardrobe and full bathroom with a shower. It has a balcony towards the garden and the pool.
The third room is upstairs too, it's a two double beds (1.35m) with a full en-suit bathroom with shower. It has also a wardrobe and a big desk to work or use comfortably your laptop if you need it. It is a room ideal for kids, although 4 adults fit comfortably too.
The TV room upstairs is a common space that has two single proper mattresses to accommodate two more persons. If not needed it is used as a sofa to watch TV or use as a chill out room. It is equipped with a smart TV connected to the wifi with access to Netflix, YouTube and other apps.
There are two safe boxes in the house, one in the king bed room and one in the queen bed room, to keep your valuables locked.
The kitchen and the living room are downstairs in a common area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary to cook everyday for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It includes within others: microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc..
In the living room you’ll have enough space to chill around the sofa and also a dinning table with space for 8/10 persons. It has a toilet and a washing room and is equipped with other amenities like Bluetooth speakers or art magazines.
All rooms and common spaces are equipped with Air Conditioning and ceiling fans. All the windows have a mosquito sliding net with I recommend to leave close all times to avoid mosquitos inside the house.
The pool area counts with a few chaises lounges and some Acapulco chairs to chill and sunbathe. You can access the roof to sunbathe or enjoy the sunset into the jungle. At the moment it’s empty and any chair can be brought upstairs.
The gym is equipped with a pull-up bar, free weights, dumbbells, yoga ball and mats. If you practice yoga and would like to have a private class in the villa, just ask as this is one of the extra services we can provide.
There are 4 bicycles available to rent in the property at extra cost from an external bicycle provider (100MXN per day). Please ask the janitor to give you more details. You can ask for more to be brought if your group is larger and planning to use them.
