Bad Stay - Left Early

Pros: Staff did get things fixed quickly and were friendly as heck.
Cons: Hotel rating is not accurate. Hotel needs serious renovation (carpeting, lighting). Add ice-making machines on each floor in the laundry room.
Location: Close to the beach and right on hotel row. Go to a local mall and get a temporary chip in your cell phone to give you GPS and phone access.
The hotel lobby is on the second floor, but there wasn't a sign that clearly told us that. Signs to the parking weren't easy to see. Lighting in the garage was terrible (very dim) and the parking lines should have been repainted (made it a real problem when parking or exiting the garage). When we entered the vestibule of the garage elevator, we took the elevator to the 6th floor, but it exited to the garage. I didn't find the entrance to the hotel rooms on the 5th floor (no signs). Had to take the elevator back to the 2nd floor to get to the lobby and ask questions. No ice cube machines on the floor. Washers and dryers were at the end of the corridor but had a roll of carpeting in front of the door. Hallways had badly stained carpeting, dingy lighting, and repainted damage to various parts of the walls. The room was showing serious signs of wair on the furniture and amenities. The shower door didn't close properly and had mold on it. The alarm clock didn't work. The safe wasn't working. The sink drained incredibly slowly. The room and hallways had a musty smell. Terrible view of ugly rooms from our window and the windows were screwed shut. Internet didn't work the evening of check-in, the next day, or the next morning. Had enough and found another hotel.

As well as our rooms needed a renovation; absolutely you are right our hotel need renovation … therefore we are ongoing renovation. You might not know during your stay but! We work hard to have clean room, have furniture, so that we had a room to accommodate for our customer; perhaps the garage we will put more lighting as well as the carpentry we’ll do our best to finished nearly; we appreciate your comment deeply. Hotel staffs ......

Pros: It's quit.... There are some restaurants within the hotel....
Cons: The front desk staff... They are the ones that the guests meet first .....
Location: The restaurants within the hotel....
The front desk staff don't care about the guests.... They are very rude and the don't know how to inform the guest of anything.... The manager should teach the front desk staff how to greet guest and inform them .... They forget that without the guest , they won't have a job....

Nice hotel but some staff are not approachable

Near to bus station, near restaurant and near grocery, some staff is not approachable. :( thanks to jun for giving us complimentary breakfast. :) and to jerry for dropping us at the airport..

Unfriendly Staff/Unfair

The staff were so unfriendly and my mom was not treated fairly. I booked the room for 2 people (my mother and a friend) with 2 breakfast each day. They did not give my mom the breakfast tickets and the staff changed my mom's reservations eventhough my mom has a receipt with fully paid stay and breakfast for 2 people. Location is great, otherwise.

However before I reply your comments I gathered all information or details coming from Room Reservation department and Front Desk staff. I double check it is your Mom reservation… showed one person or. (1) Adult. As I understood the whole process of booking is… if you booked One (1) adult with breakfast which we provide for one adult only. If you’re Mom has a guest or friend into her room which she will be the one responsible to pay their breakfast. Ms. Robie our staff is trained to provided the best of customer service. As per our front desk staff they… provide the best care while your Mom staying with us. And I’m so sorry for misunderstanding.
