Nice amenities but the bed was unusable.

Title says most of it. Nice room. My kid loved it, wife was okay with it...but I couldn’t sleep because the mattress wouldn’t give. Ended up “sleeping” in a chair because the mattress had zero give.

Pros: Friendly check in staff.
Cons: Building in need of some renovations. Breakfast area small and cramped.
Good for where it was. Not much close by. One night quick stop over only.

Comfortable hotel near work.

Pros: a great price for a comfortable room with a mini-kitchen.
Location: Close to work in Olympia, and close to shops in Tumwater.
I took a job in Olympia and needed a place to stay while I found a place to rent. The kitchen was useful; I could buy a few groceries and store them in the refrigerator, then heat something up in the microwave when needed. I initially booked two weeks, then I had to extend it to three weeks when I wasn't finding a rental I liked. Then at the last minute, I had to extend it over the next weekend. The staff handing everything were courteous and efficient, and they managed to shuffle things so I didn't have to move rooms, even though they were expecting a convention-load of people the last weekend I was there. I'm really glad I chose this hotel.

Heating and cooling system is too old causing too much noise...we cannot even sleep...

Not even worth it!!!

Awful place to stay! First off there is no customer service as you enter the door. You have to ring the bell provided at the desk when you need any type of help any time of the day. The elevator broke down, so when I told the people at the desk they were aware, but couldn’t put a note on any of the elevators stating it was out of service? Our room was approached by house keeping around 5 o’clock at night for cleaning, and the next day they left a note because they couldn’t get in our room because the locks on the doors are so bad, we couldn’t even get in our room most of the time without trying the key card at least 20 times. Breakfast was the same every morning, no change in menu at all and we unfortunately stayed 3 nights at this dump. Mattresses and rooms are at least 50 years old. Not even joking! My advice, this place needs to be introduced to a bull dozer and the staff needs to take some customer service training.

Disgusting Jacuzzi

The Jacuzzi tub is filthy. The sides were all heavy with soap scum. The drain was clogged with black hair, neither my husband nor myself have black hair. It was disgusting.
