Staff were welcoming and friendly specially Kayla (night duty manager) professional and kind. Loved my morning swim and delicious breakfast.

Beaverbrook is beautiful. But service (despite plenty of staff) is simply too inconsistent/ poorly trained for the price. Examples include a waitress in the deli being harsh with our 4 year old for sitting in her knees to reach the table, being told to wait 2 minutes for our table but being forgotten for 20 minutes, a room which was much too hot (an resulted in an uncomfortable night) despite having asked for it to be turned down (and told that it had) and promises of things being sorted which weren’t. All left a slightly sour taste.

Relaxing stay, nice room with sea view. Generous choice of tea and coffee facilities in our room. Polite and helpful staff

Compact but fit for purpose. A mirror above the sink would have been good. I can’t comment on staff or service because I never saw a member of staff as everything was done through my phone.

The room was very clean, staff were friendly and very helpful. Very convenient location to Gatwick airport. The Whitehouse made the airpot transfer easy and hassle free. Good place to stay overnight for an early flight.
