The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at, and I had a wonderful experience at the Barcelo Concorde Les Berges du Lac. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check - in to the cleaning staff and restaurant was delightful and eager to help. Comfy stay
We stayed there for a week. The room was comfortable but the bathroom was a bit old and run down. I particularly disliked the high and slippery bath tub. The whole room is crying loud for a refurbishment. The view from the balcony was superb, overlooking the lake and witnessing gorgeous and divine sunrises and sunsets. Food was tasty and the service impeccable. The chef made us feel at home , asking for our input every day at breakfast. I'll stay there again without hesitation.

I used to like this hotel a lot, then during 2021-2022, I was disappointed with the facility. But my latest visit reminded me a little bit of what it used to be. Reception staff were great, more focus on room services perhaps.

A hotel with some how old design furniture but very clean. It has a nice view and sitting area on LAC. if you looking to restart your system 🙂 this is the right place. Breakfast was with very good taste. One thing i did not satisfied with is the room service. They are really bad in .response.
